I have just returned from a 40 minute wait at this US Post Office location and I am angry about the wait due to Lemonts Postmasters inability to properly staff the windows. There are two windows, but only one was open. This is typical. I asked the clerk if there wasnt anyone else he could call to open the second window, but he informed me that he was the only one there to provide service to 15+ people in line, 5 of which abandon their wait and left. I should have driven to the Romeoville location where there are between 2 to 4 clerks at all times. They, also, have better (extended) hours of operation. BE WARNED !!

I want to thank Natasha from the post office on Stephen Street for going above and beyond and her kindness. I sent something for priority mail & forgot to enclose a vital piece within the contents. I realized this after closing - she answered my call- retrieved the letter just before it was on its way to the destination. She was a wonderful!!!

Less than one star. This type of employee is why USPS is losing business. They have no service mentality. They will eventually all lose their jobs, because we will all samrten up and take our packages to private companies for shipping. Be waned this location has rude carriers.

I went there a few days ago with a *very* odd shaped set of items to mail and Tracy was not only friendly but super helpful and resourceful with constructing a customized package that would safely contain my weird items for shipping.

I cant grade this with less than one star? Shame. Employees are flat out rude and mocked me for not knowing the difference between certified and registered mail. Thank God email is slowly taking away their jobs.

The older white chubby lady is very rude. She treats customers like a retard. But then this is USPS, their employees tend to be angry all the time.
