The staff was very rude. When i tried to explain to a supervisor that my mail was being returned to the sender she told me that I did not know how to read my name on the mailbox. There was no resolution after this phone call. I figured they did see an error on their part later because I recently began to receive my mail that was dated months ago.

Fedex was so slow in getting my package to the post office that the team at the post office - called me once my package arrived, because they knew I needed it for my trip!! They went above and beyond to search through all the fedex smartpost to find just my package!! Even after they Closed!! Great service!!

The staff gets the job done fairly quickly. Nice enough to not be rude, but not not so chatty that it slows down the line. Exactly what I want. Also the building itself has some very nice New Deal murals.

Sent a Priority package to my friend. It was returned saying that she had moved. Made me pay twice to have it delivered again. Letter carrier is a lazy bum who should be fired or forced to retire.

9 times out of 10, I have a pleasant experience at this location. I visit this office sometimes several times per week to ship my eBay packages. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.
