HAVE HAD THREE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS OFFICE, FIRST THEY WALK IN AND THROW THE MAIL ON TABLES THAT EVENTUALLY FALL BEHIND STUFF AND CAN NEVER MAKE IT TO US ON TIME. THEY DELIVER IMPORTANT CHECK DO DIFFERENT OFFICES IN THE AREA AND RESULT IN US HAVING TO GO PICK THEM UP. NOW WE HAVE PACKAGES THAT DONT MAKE IT TO US. ACCORDING TO THE OFFICE RECORDS, THE PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED AND RESULT IN US NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM ON THE OBJECTS. THIS PLACE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM AND NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

This is my second shipment in 2months and Im so annoyed. The first shipment was not delivered I got a call to check with my location post office here in Florida to make my complaint then I got a mail from them in Illinois that the pkg was spoiled. This pkg should have been delivered yesterday and its now showing that its delayed. Im watching to see if it will be delivered today or legal proceedings will have to be taken.

terrible service. In the morning lines are long, and they are not rushing to help at all. Called asked to give parcel to a friend (signature required, but she would have copy of my drivers licence), they refused. Now dont even know how and when I would be able to pick up that parcel.. they work during my working hours. Not helpful at all.

To the lady who complained about my 4 year old playing quietly with the cards because only one person is ever working there, thank you for YOUR impatience. I refuse to have his nose buried in my phone to keep him occupied. As promised i cleaned everything up and all was well. Gov bs.

Nobody ever answers the phone and there is no voicemail option. The lady who was there was monotonous and generally unpleasant, tells me passports are appointment only, tells me to call to make one, and shrugs her shoulders when I told her nobody answers the phone.

I actually really like this place. Its kept clean and fresh, and the people working are very courteous and you can tell they are trying. Ive never had an issue and dont mind the occasional wait.

Please tell me how does a place of business have no working telephone number? I have tried to call this office for the past two hours and I keep getting the same busy signal. Horrible.

I had an issue with a package and not one of theemployees was able to assist me. Terrible customer service. Ill be driving to Glencoe to handle my post from now on.

Nobody is picking up the telephone. No connection with the driver if there is an issue with delivery. Its not really good service.
