Ive Been Back In Waukegan For A Little Over A Year And I Am Wondering Am I The Only Person That Is Having Very Bad Issues With Getting Mail Delivered And Packages Delivered? In The Last 3 Months I Have Had A Package Not Delivered To Me And No One Knows What Happened To It At The Post Office, Ive Spoken To Several Different Supervisors, A Few Were Helpful And One Wasnt, I Have Just Moved, Put In A Change Of Address 6 Weeks Ago And To No Avail I Havent Received Any Mail, I Put Mail Sticking Out My Mailbox To Go Out And It Sat There For A Whole 4 Days Before The Mailman Picked It Up And Then When I Saw Him Crossing The Street I Said Excuse Me And The Mailman Tells Me No Backsys Today!!!! So I Get On The Phone With An Obnoxious Supervisor, That Tells Me That Certain Companies Dont Send Out Confirmations On Your Bills! Since When Do You The Supervisor Of The Genesee Post Office Work For These Other Companies To Say What They Do Or Dont Do!!! Who Else Can Or Should I Speak With Regarding These Issues Besides The Post Office? Please Help As Im Getting Ready To Go Zero To A Hundred Real Quick!!!

Missed my package delivery to my home so I called ahead to the post office to see when I would be able to pick up my missed package? The woman on the phone told me my package would be ready to pick up at the post office after 4pm so I arrived at the post office to get my package and it wasnt even there and was informed that it wont be there until after 5 or 6... (Funny thing is they close at 5pm).You guy really need to work on your information and how you inform customers about their packages. That way I wouldnt have waisted my time or gas or paying for parking if I would have been properly informed I would have to pick up my package tomorrow.

terrible terrible experience. The staff there is very rude and arrogant. I went to pick up the missed package. They did not have it, the staff instead of apologizing me she was staring at me saying the delivery guy didnt leave so there is nothing I can do. I asked her couple questions regarding picking up date cuz I wont be around here for couple weeks, and she didnt understand my questions and keep saying delivery will be rescheduled or talk to supervisor and gave me the number. I felt I was talking to automatic answering machine.

The staff here sucks.. This women that took my call was so rude. All i wanted was an update on my package because online it stated undelivered as addressed and wanted to know what was going on. She was rude from the start and when she proceed to put me on hold she hung up on me. I called back several times and she didnt answer until i called from a different number and some finally answered and they were not nice either. Their customer service is terrible and need new friendly staff immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever. Christmas eve i was asulted by the old janitor. Now the ignorance on the phone because the mail man hasnt taken my package in 3 days. These people need to be fired. I shouldve had that janitor arrested. His excuses for assulting me was He thought I was there to rob the place. When i had prepaid priorities boxes that just need acceptance. Unbelievable

Extremely poor service...staff is extremely rude & unfriendly to customers needs...as well as most of there mail carriers...every now & then you get a great one then there moved & back to poor service... Dont even deserve a 1 star...

Last week 02/16/17 I sent 656 every door direct mail (eddm) post cards to be mailed out, but I dont believe that they were mailed out because I didnt receive ONE sales call this past weekend!!! I am very disappointed!

Ive always had good service here, only thing was one of the ladies gave me incorrect information concerning the P.O Box which resulted in me paying a late fee. Otherwise no issues.
