If you have to go to a post office choose this one. Extremely helpful, courteous and FRIENDLY staff. They have gone out of their way twice for me in the past month and I mean above and beyond. They hunted down a package that contained a dishwasher part scheduled for delivery the day AFTER Thanksgiving and I was able to pick it up the Weds. before. Today they saved me from myself when I realized Id made a mistake in mailing a package. GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE.

The people are very nice but for some reason they always qoute me prices that are much much higher than what I get charged at a different post office. For example, I wanted to send a package to my brother in the Air Force overseas and they told me it would cost $45 and I went to the post office in steger near my house and they only charged me $12.

Lady working here was not helpful, I came here because telephone wait times were over 30 mins. What a waste! Must have been the lady on the left referenced in other posts. Guys working here are great, they probably grit their teeth throughout the day.

I have to go to the post office often, when I do, I avoid the woman all the way to the left. Rude, not helpful, and I get over charged by her in the past. Her idea of helpful Is to say "is that the way you want to do that, ok". Nice customer service.

I live in Mokena but drive out of my way to go here. The employees are actually nice (unlike the mokena post office) and they are fast. If your looking for a friendly post office where you dont have to deal with uppity black women come here

They were so nice! I ordered a package to the wrong address. I called this location and they sorted it all out. The woman on the phone was very nice. Pleasantly surprised.
