I had a very nice mailman for several years. I was told that he has a new route now. Our replacement mailman is rude & looks scary. One would NEVER think he was a mailman based on his appearance. I miss the USPS shirts. I liked that the shirts identified who they were & who they worked for. Anyway, the problem I have with him is that he does not always deliver my mail to me. He returns it back to the sender. I have lived at this address over 16 years. I live in a condominium with several units in my building. Most of my mail, such as my mortgage, have my address as well as my unit letter/number. A few pieces of mail that I get do not have my unit letter/number included in my address. I am hesitant to give out my unit letter/number because I was stabbed 6 times several years ago. Yes, I survived, but I am weary about giving my unit letter/number to some people or businesses. Unfortunately, the restraining order is no longer in effect & he is out of prison. I take my privacy & safety seriously. Also, inside of our mailbox door, is a piece of paper with our names on it. I would think that that would be helpful for him. I would appreciate some help regarding my situation. The previous mailman was very understanding & always delivered my mail - with or without a unit letter/number.

I am new to the area and was trying to register my address at this post office. I was told to go to room 116(the only door with a number..which was a peice of paper taped above the door), knock, and wait to be seen. I found the right place after a couple minutes and knocked. Wait several minutes patiently, knocked once more with no answer. I could hear people inside so I waited several more minutes then went to the front desk and asked if there was a better time for me to come. The woman kindly confirmed that said person was here and would be with me shortly but just incase called over the loud speaker that I needed assistance. I then waited for another 45 minutes. I then had to leave for work and was unable to accomplish anything I needed. It is absolutely ridiculous that this should happen. I do not think that my time is any more "precious" then the next person but this makes me cringe that this is seen as acceptable in a post office or any other establishment. I work long hours and get rare days off and Im sure many more have similar situations. No one wants their time wasted.

These guys are not informed, the clerks are rude, and most of all they are not willing to be helpful. I needed a letter with a postmark on it and these guys were not willing to do that and told the letter had to go. It was literally a piece of paper with scribbles on it. I just need the letter with my address and a post mark. First they told me they could do it and then when I git there the clerk wouldnt even let me explain the situation. He just kept telling me "No" in a rude manner. Then when I call them back they begin to tell me that they were misinformed and cant help me. That flat out tells me you dont care about your consumers and that you are all rude and ignorant to key information. In other you guys are completely useless and this is why I do everything electronically.

I dont drive, and I depend on my mailman to pick up my outgoing mail. I always put it in my mailbox the night before, with a sticky note asking the mailman to pick up my outgoing mail. So far, everyone has been good at picking up my outgoing mail, and I hope the sticky note has helped give them a "heads up", but today, after putting my mail out last night, the carrier completely ignored my note, and refused to pick up my outgoing mail, which was important that it go out today....I realize that yesterday was a holiday, and there might be a little more mail than usual, but still....Called the PO, and they are going to resolve the issue, as they said every mailperson is supposed to pick up outgoing mail...fyi.

Absolutely horrible! I was told by my tracking that I received my package when I never did so I contacted the post office like the website told me to first. I had to call 3 times in order for someone to pick up, and when they did, they were busy so they asked for my number and said theyd call me back later. In which they never did. Day 2, called them again, they asked for my address and my tracking number and so I gave it to them. Was told to wait a moment, waited 5 min and then I get hung up on and never heard from them again. Im very pissed that they wouldnt give me an answer or response. Worst post office.

Absolutely useless, thats the only description for the Kenosha post office. Complete and utter waste of taxpayer dollars hardly at work. Hundreds of dollars worth of Christmas gifts were never delivered, just vanished (not the first time either). Tried talking to a not so pleasant woman at the Kenosha branch and got nowhere, very rude and just didnt seem to care as she rushed me off the phone. As we sit and wonder why UPS and FedEx are leaps and bounds beyond the USPS... This is exactly why.

Horrible post office. Mail carrier for my house cannot get his job right ever. Mail is delivered to wrong address over and over. Packages arrive late alot. I track them and they are out for delivery for two days after leaving the post office. Sometimes they arrive opened aswell. When calling the post office to see why or what is going on, hold your breath the they all could careless and have no answers or help.

My mail person is great and always greets me with good cheer. And I love our downtown Post Office crew. They have always been helpful and friendly. Once I placed an important package in the mail box that was not intended to be mailed. They were great in helping me retrieve it and very patient with the extra work that was required to do so. The PO is part of my community and I support it 100%!

The employees at this branch are some of the laziest I have ever seen. If your service requires of them to get off of their stool or chair, or walk away from the window, you are going to receive huffing and puffing, eye rolls, dirty looks, and condescending, patronizing attitude. This branch is by far the worst experience with customer service I ever receive from anywhere.

No one working in the post office seems happy to be there. When I go in everyone is crabby and rude. And when I call to ask them a question they dont let me finish my question before theyre giving me an unneeded answer that doesnt help me at all and hanging up. Very rude and poor service.

I met the mailman at my door, so I gathered my mail and realized my package wasnt there. My tracking info said I wasnt home and he left a notice! I was right here and didnt get a notice! Im assuming he forgot it and didnt feel like walking back to the truck. Real nice.

Rude workers and dont care on getting people in and out of the office in a timely manner. Usually only 1 or 2 people at the counter with a longer line and you will see other workers walk up to the counter then walk away not even trying to help get the line down.
