I was supposed to get a package today and I received the notice to my phone from amazon say delivery attempt that the business was closed and notice left on door thats really funny seeing how the doors to the store have been wide open since 10am and there are tons of people here and theres no notice anywhere to be found so I cant follow any instructions like it says I paid extra to get it today and now I dont know when it will be delivered and the time they said it was delivered attempted I sweeping the stairs to the only door to the building I will be reviewing the cameras and someone will be paying me back for special delivery fees

Although I have made several attempts to remedy the problem, I continue to receive mail that is not mine. Most times it is mail for people within my neighborhood and often within 6 blocks. At first I would deliver the mail to the proper address, but it happens so frequently, that now I just put it back in my mailbox and attach a note that reads, "Delivered to wrong address." The service at the Post Office is very slow and sometimes the people working there are not very friendly. We have lived in the area over 6 years and this is by far the worst Post Office and mail service we have ever experienced.

Did not answer numerous phone calls during hours of operation after failing to deliver a package as specified on the tracking confirmation. Very unreliable.

Horrible customer service! The passport guy (Rae) was demeaning in the way he was talking to me and my family. I would not ever go back there!
