I just moved from Glenview to Morton Grove. I went to Morton Grove Postal Office yesterday to drop off a Shipping Label Pre-printed ready to ship package. I was only looking for a Parcel Box so I can put my package in the box and leave. The postal office was closed at 6 pm and I just got there at 6 pm. Anyways. I just learned in Morton Grove Postal Office, they dont have a Parcel Box for you to put in a package. So I politely asked the Clerks if I can just put the package on the counter. They looked up at me and looked down and just totally see me as an invisible person. I asked again, still no answer from them. I asked again, this time, the male clerk told me they are closed. So I asked if I can put the package on the counter. They are really reluctant to say okay to me. So I asked again. Finally he said, just leave it there in the corner. By now, I thought these people should not be working at the postal office. Their job is to help customers but they cant even answer questions. They are so rude and it is like you owe they so much money. They should be fired.

Bad experience about this place not the first time! The postmaster Reshia put me on hold for 26 min!!!I called from another line so who knows how long would that actually be???But not every one there is as ignorant and unprofessional as the Queen of the post office!The lady who talked to me later was very nice and said she would never put me on hold for more than 25 min and of course answered my question right away.Looking at all those bad reviews, I think it is time for a change.We need someone more qualified for the MORTON GROVE POST OFFICE.

THEY NEED TO PUT A BIG SIGN AND OR FLASH SOME LIGHTS ON THEIR BUILDING BECAUSE ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AND IT CAMOUFLAGES SO WELL YOU CANNOT TELL ITS A POST OFFICE. ITS TOO HIDDEN TO EVERYONE ELSE OTHER THAN THE LOCALS WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH IT.....PUT UP SOME SIGNS WILL YA??

The worst service ever. Spoke to a person(dont remember the name and didnt even want to ask to prolong the conversation) on the phone about the redelivery package. She arrogantly answered my question and not even wanted to help.

Horrible service. It seems like the workers make customers wait for a long time on purpose. This post office has lost several stamped envelopes (bill payments) that were dropped into the inside mail chute.

I got there at 4:45 and no one was in line at the time. Staff helped me get postcard stamps in a professional kind manner. My motto is my attitude will set the tone. I always attract what I put out.
