Okay first of all, how can you review a post office, Its the only one you get for your town. Well Ill be the first review. Have had packages sent through mail several times to be let down by the approximate package update status they have. Ive had a package supposedly in transit to its destination on Wednesday and the postal man must have ran into a black hole because it is now Saturday with no package 3 days late on a 3 to 5 business day expectation. So now being 8 days late Im writing this review. They said it must have been weather being the reason of the untimeliness. Well it rained.... Good thing we dont live in Oklahoma. Wed never get a package. They are completely understaffed as well and the staff they have cant sort through things apparently because they need more cigarette breaks. This isnt even the first time Ive had a packaged not delivered to me. I was waiting on a package again was a couple days late and went in there and they said "Sir your going to have to wait we are a little behind in our sorting" (uneducated mail postal service carrier) Then I seen the package I was looking for. It was right there and he then said Sir that could be your package but we cant be certain. Thats when I became upset. Then I said just look at the address its right in front of you. He told me he couldnt do it and didnt respect my attitude when he gave me the attitude. Threatened to call the cops. I left and that same day my wife called. Went to the post office and they said we dont normally do this mam but heres your package...... So it was the package. Unbelievable. Hopefully the drones replace some of these human error-ed pathetic walks of life. I believe that there are such carriers with good customer service and can get a job done right in a rightful speedy manner or at least a regular paced manner. Maybe other towns have people were theyre more personable and can be as accurate as ever to where drones arent needed but Zion isnt such a town like that in Illinois.

My package has gone missing, supposedly it was delivered 2 weeks ago. They keep switching up their stories on what happened to it and refused to help me. Ive called everyday & they told me theyd call me back. Never got a call from them. Had to call head quarters and they were confused as to why Zions USPS couldnt do a simple job into helping me file a claim. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very nice, helpful staff in this USPS Zion Facility especially the sweet beautiful black lady, her name is Ronda whos always sweet and helpful every time I see her there. She always have the best advise to send the package the safest way that does not cost a lot of money.. two Pilipino staff are very nice two. I think they are all nice.

Dont call and expect friendly service. They are very rude in person and over the phone. Not to mention the slow service! It is a shame. And if you order online, please track your package and pick it up at their office, they cant seem to understand which house to deliver to.

always a good experience - the clerks are fun and funny - I have always been helped when I needed help. They are honest and knowledgeable on the best way to send a package but of course you make the final decision. Overall 5 stars from me.

Worst Customer service ever. The employees are very rude. I called for some questions and yet they gave me attitude and hanged up before i had to ask anything else. No way i recommend anybody for this post office.

Overall the service is great,had a few mishaps but wasnt on their end. all of the employees know their customers very well and are extremely helpful. keep up the good work USPS ZION FACILITY!!!!

Friendly but slow service and over priced. I was charged $80 to mail a 16" x 12" wooden sign. I left took it across town to Wadsworth PO and was only charged $20.
