Several orders made have never been delivered. Whenever I contact my seller, they ask me to contact the post office. USPS customer care is another horrible nightmare. They keep you on hold for hours, and eventually hangs up. They claim to drop notice in my mailbox or even parcels, but the items and notices goes mysteriously missing. Ive filed several claims with my bank during the course of my relocation to Hazel Crest!

USPS provides by far the WORST mailing service ever!!! And this office was terrible customer service. Please, save yourself some time and money, dont recommended using their services, specially international services, at all, they WILL get lost and you WONT get a refund!!

This place is terrible, theyve lost multiple packages of mine, and have refused helping me on each occasion. Its like they just put any ole package in the wrong mail box. The clerks are also really slow and the lines become long after a while. This place needs a revamp

Great location and very close to home. Ive had a PO BOX at this location for over 15 years. Very friendly staff and lots of mailing and shipping supplies available for purchase.

Got there at 5:56 and they refused to take me. The closing time is 6:00 so there shouldnt have been a problem.
