Ive been going there at least three times a week since 2009. I understand the complaints of many of the people giving reviews here, but I also have gotten to know the people working the counters over the years, and the problems are not because of them. They have an extremely heavy workload because they are understaffed. Beth and Grace and Jeff work very hard. They are also very kind and helpful. I respect the workers there a lot. It is not an easy job, and unreasonable and angry customers dont help. When I go there, I expect to have to wait a little. Sometimes I will be served immediately, but other times, there is a huge wave of customers. When that happens, they open another window, if they are able. Sometimes the equipment breaks or malfunctions, and they cant open another window. Often someone is out sick, and they cant get a replacement. There are problems, but the workers you see at the counters are not at fault, so I hope people will read this and go easy on them. They are doing their best.

Complete fraud concerning their Global Express guarantee. My package didnt arrive on specified date. Pleasant Prairie USPS refused me the refund ($85.50). Gave me an automated 800 number to allegedly process the refund. Automated numbers menu does not provide an option to get the paperwork allegedly necessary to process refund. They bumped me to Customer Affairs. Lavern told me to use the defunct number. Branch "supervisor" Beth admitted they sold me a fraudulent guarentee. Meghan was the rep at the post office who sold me the guarantee. No one is accountable. They all admitt its their fault and act as though they can do nothing. My receipt says otherwise. Beth said and I quote, "the guarantee isnt worth the paper its printed on." Beth also said there currently is not a post master for this branch. That she is in charge. Consumer beware. $85.50 lost. I hope this review saves someone else my grief. Global Express is a scam. BBB here I come.

Horrible service!!! Been given the run around and taken up a lot of time and $$$ they tell me my item was undeliverable the only problem with that is the mailman hadnt even been here yet. I called the 800 number she assures me with a new tracking number that it would be here the next day, well its the next day and no package. I have another package that was supposed to be arriving today according to the person that sent it and her tracking number, again no package today !! And then they wonder why people dont use the Postal Service !!anymore well heres a perfect example

Abysmal service. My package went missing after being handled by a temporary driver. After a couple of weeks of back and forth between myself and their staff I learned they had the package waiting for me at the location to pick up. When I went to pick it up I learned that the clerk had given it to someone that wasnt me without asking for identification. I asked about protocol and was told that checking an ID was their strict policy but sometimes "they get busy" and dont. I was offered no refund for the items I lost despite their negligence.

This is a terrible place to be employed at! They treat their employees with disrespect, they dont train them properly, and theyre incompetent! If I didnt have to select a star I wouldnt do it because they dont even deserve one star! I wouldnt recommend anyone to work there no matter how much they pay!

Half the time receive package on time, and yesterday was email that I had the wrong address on package, and they also email amazon seller to informed them it was they wrong address. So today got answer that it was because the dog was outside. Still weighting....

People always complain about the Post Office. I use this place on a frequent basis to send mail, often with special features. I find the staff helpful, friendly and courteous. Nothing "postal" about these folks! Great job!

Got an email saying that they attempted the delivery but I wasnt there. Reality is, it was a Sunday! Theyre closed on Sunday and the address is my business and security camera shows no one ever showed up. So unethical!!
