Pulled in here to deliver they go by appointment. so if you have like I did and have an 8 in the morning appointment dont bother showing up till 8. The funny thing is Ive been sitting here almost 3 hours and right now they could actually have me off loaded but theyre going to wait till a little after 8 to get me off loaded because that would be hard to get the pallets off. if you want to know why bills and everything is late its because of this, drivers may show up early and waiting they will not offload them. Theyre going to take forever to off load me and I have been another place at 10 a.m. for more u.s. mail so Im going to be late going to that thank you so much USPS for not doing your f****** jobs. How hard is it to get a truck in and off load it. This is got to be the biggest waste of money to taxpayers ever.

Dealing with these people at this location, alone, makes me understand why the Post Office is in such trouble. These people must be the most-lazy I have EVER dealt with at any Post Office. Every time I try talking to someone at this location, I automatically get transferred to someones voicemail. I NEVER have received any call back. I have attempted to speak to a "Sandra Scott". Never have actually talked to this "person", I am not sure this person actually exists - no proof in 10 attempts. USELESS. To the government that is in charge of this location - wipe it out, save some $$.

Avoid at all costs! Every time Ive been here there has been some kind of problem. Just recently submitted a passport application and Im pretty sure the clerk had no idea what they were doing. Thanks to them I have been waiting over 2 months for my passport to only get denied because of THEIR MISTAKE. Now I had to start the process all over and pay extra.

I needed to renew my passport and they didnt take people in until 10 am well Im waiting here in line and its 10:30am and none of the employees will go tell the lady that Im here to get my passports done. The two employees Felicia and Rosalind are just talking away. This is rude and unprofessional. How long until I get service.

People do not like picking up the phone before closing. A package was delivered to me that belong to another person. I guess the delivery person did not read the name of the street. I would like to have this package picked up and deliver it to the correct address.

This is by far the worst post office! Every time I call, I receive horrible customer service. Ive left several messages for someone to call me back about my mail and I never get a call. The whole experience is very frustrating!

Worst post office I have ever been to. The employees are rude and prefer to not do their job. Recommend to drive the distance to another location to avoid frustration. Employees need to be retrained on all levels.
