my mail has been going to my neighbors or it is not being deliver at all, for 2 days i did not receive my mail and do u want to know why ? because on a beautiful day my door was open mind u now i have a security glass door with shatter proof glass that is always locked….my mail carrier states she didnt deliver my mail because she thought a dog was lurking around the corner because she heard mine barking from the yard….wont deliver if theres 1 inch of snow on the stairs wont deliver if its raining… wont deliver if theres a news paper in front of the mail box or a plant in front of the mail box by the front door and if she complains to much so Im told i will have to pick my mail up at the super fast berwyn post office even though im disabled….ive lived her for 27 years and the saddest day for our block was when our mail carrier ted retired…this is unbelievable….

Beware if you you have important mail that is date sensitive. We never get our mail on time. We will go a couple days without any mail then all of a sudden our box is stuffed full with all the mail we should have gotten thoughout the week. Complaints go unheard. You end up in an argument with Evelyn the manager about whether you got your mail or not. I tried to show the post date on the envelopes and the day I actually would get the mail and all she would say is that her carrier disagrees and says the the mail was deliverd everyday. They are liars and the manager Evelyn covers for them.

Great service for our passports! They have a passport window open until 5. They say that Monday and Tuesday are the busiest days. The lady at the window was helpful, she explained everything to us, and made sure all of the paperwork was filled out correctly. She was very nice! Great experience!

This particular USPS office at Berwyn IL 60402 has failed over and over again to scan delivery confirmation/tracking information when items are picked up at the post office box. So basically the item is forever undelivered/ and considered lost at this post office.This is unprofessional.

Dont send out your cookie tins and ask their advice on price no one knows what they are doing! Everyone tells you different prices no one likes to do much. Older woman claims " I am not a teller dont ask me" when she was at the window I advise going to another local drop or ups.

Great service, all of the clerks at the front desk are always very professional and helpful. The mail carriers are also very professional, Ive had multiple mail carriers deliver to my home and my mail has always been delivered. Thank you Berwyn Post Office!

WORST PASSPORT SERVICE, I was in the line for 30 min. and the person who was taking care of customers didnt mentioned even 1 time that she was closed. She left the Window 5 min. before closing time without saying anything to anybody. :( Unbelievable.

The extended hours are great during the week (7 pm instead of 5 pm like other post offices) but they are super slow and unfriendly! Would much rather go to Brookfield or Riverside PO.
