We own a small landscape business, and use Chicago Lock Box for everything from our business cards to printing our estimate sheets and bills, and faxing. I would never use another business to do what the Lock Box offers for personal or business needs. The employees and owner treat you as family and go way above and beyond to assure the best for all of their customers. I recommend this business to anyone asking or looking for any of the services that they offer.

I have used CLB for maybe 20 years. It really took off and got great with Liz and Patty and Bridgette running the place. They are all friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to service. If youre looking for a mail service that is heads above the post office and the cookie cutter other PO box type places, pick CLB.

Bad customer service. The Staff there are very rude towards customers. It seem like they do not care to have your business. They are also very careless with the way they maintain the mailboxes.
