We all sometimes make appointments and are late because there is traffic! I made an appointment at 12pm and got there at 12:15.. When I got there I signed in and sat down, I had a groupon and they told me they couldnt take it because I used one before. Take in mind I had already sat down and she was starting on my hair. I didnt care and said I still wanted my hair done. The stylist told me while she was drying my hair she would have to stop with me because I was late and take the next client because she was there on time, when she came after me. So I would have to wait, while I was already sitting on the chair to get my hair done! The attitude of the lady in the front was horrendous! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you go get your hair done you expect to be treated with respect and to have a friendly relaxing visit! Instead I felt disrespected, annoyed and regretful for even stepping foot in that place! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! They are so snotty! When I told her I wanted to just go that where was no point she didnt even care and was like ok! Next clients name is? I was waiting for her to at least give me my jacket that she took from me instead she just ignored me! She couldve opened the door and said bye bye as well to complete her disgusting attitude! Glad I left and got my hair done some where else!

About a year ago, I walked into NJK and asked for help. (I had been to NJK many years ago, but the young lady who was cutting my hair left, and so did I). I needed a new look, but wasnt sure what I wanted. After speaking a few moments w/Nancy, she recommended me to Liz. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, as Liz is pretty young (and I am NOT!). Well, its been a match made in heaven! I have a great color - Liz really nailed it! And my hair is short - but never looks the same when I walk out of there! Everyone is very professional, friendly - a truly wonderful experience every time!

I wanted to try a new salon and decided on Nancy Koss salon after reading the great reviews. Im so happy to share that I had such a great experience and Im lucky to have found a talented woman by the name Caitlyn to do my hair from now on! I think it one of my favorite style/color ever. She did an awesome job making my dull, urine (kidding) colored hair vibrant and dimensional with highlights and lowlights. It feels good to know that when all else fails I know my hairs going to look good from now on

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Nancy Koss Salan & Spa. I was a walk-in, first time customer. The stylist took her time and talked with me about what I was looking for and the color turned out GREAT!! I love it!! I then returned the following week for a hair cut (free with first time color customers) and again Liz talked with me first and then did a wonderful job of trimming my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends.

Everyone from the front desk to the ownet was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I have never been so impressed with a salon before. The shampooer was thorough and soothing, and I was lucky enough to have my hair cut and styled by Ms. Koss herself, and the woman is an absolute artist. My makeup done by their in house beautician, and I was all around very impressed, and will be going there again in the future.

I was looking for a new salon on Google and came across Nancy Koss. I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. From the time I called to make an appointment to the time I walked out the door the service was amazing! Caitlyn cut my hair and she gave me what I was looking for! We talked the whole time and it was just a great experience. Im very pleased with my cut and my service!!

Outstanding service! From scheduling my appointment to the finished product. The staff are not only courteous and friendly but very professional. 5 stars all the way. Ive been going here for well over 11 years and never had a bad experience. Very personable and friendly staff that I feel comfortable with. I would recommend Nancy Koss Salon to anyone in the area, and if you dont live close, it is worth the travel.

Caitlin was fabulous. I went on my off day, showed her pictures of the cut and color I wanted, grunted the rest of my way through her questions and still managed to get the look I was after!!! I will definitely be back to see Caitlin.

I didnt enjoy the experience. The outcome didnt look much like my requested image reference. Was given a hard time about using a Groupon and got rescheduled with a different hair colorist than I had originally started with.

Unbelievable coloring, updos, makeup AND manicure. So friendly and accomodating at GREAT prices! I brought in a large group for my wedding and they did an AMAZING job with everyone! Could not have been happier!!!
