I had an appointment at 5:30 yesterday to receive a 30 min facial, 30 min massage, and pedicure. I received a call at 5 pm saying that the massage therapist couldnt find a babysitter. I was then offered to make it a pedicure and 1 hour facial. When I arrived, I waited half an hour for the pedicure, then another hour for the facial! It was nearly time to close up shop! Talk about unreliable employees! I will never go back there. I thought I would try this salon because it is closer to my house. Guess I will have to travel a little further and go back to the salon I like! Needless today, the only thing I got was a pedicure. Disappointed.

Hey bros and joes....Chrysalis salon & spa is not just for ladies . My girl friend made an appointment for a couples massage. I didnt really want to go but I have a different outlook now. It was the best experience. The massage was awesome . The place was awesome. From the front desk to the tranquility room.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this salon. The pedi chairs are the best. Several hair cuts and hair colors, all through different stylists but always turned out great. And my hot stone massage was wonderful. I will always come back here before another location if I can.

Beautifully impressive spa and salon. Professional and warm staff. Stylist Jovana is truly talented and skilled at what she does. You will not be disappointed when you leave here ! I cant say enough good things about the salon and staff!! There is no where like this around !

Jovana & Juli are absolutely amazing. They treat all their clients like family and they are perfectionists. The results are great every time. I highly recommend the salon for anything hair and any cosmetic related services, you wont be disappointed.

Said they were open at 9 and I drive all the way over here at 8 and they said theyre closed. Also never answers their phone. Very unhappy, really needed my nails done.

I had a worst hair at Chrysalis Salon. I never had a such worst hair cut so far in my life. I highly recommend not to go to this salon.
