Took my car here to get the rear passenger door repaired. They quoted the lowest price and 2 days time. I shopped around enough to know these would be better as they were a national chain, right?.... I was so WRONG. Unfortunately the cheap work shows so bad on my car, I will have to get the whole car painted again if I can pay the amount. The biggest issue is they DID NOT PAINT the front passenger door, but painted everything around it!!!!! For a 5 year old car that shows so bad. When I complained to Al, the owner/Manager he said it will "Blend in" in a couple of months.... Its been an year and the difference is still significant. The body work is probably 3 stars. The front on visual appearance is ok, but if I look sudeways on the door (the most common angle) I can see ripples on the metal.... sigh. Apart from this major problem, they did not mask the side view mirrors properly and the entire plastic housing with the mirror is rough to touch from their primer/paint, which makes it hazy. This was such a bad experience for me. My advise to anyone would be to pay the extra money and go to a better body shop that does the job right. Or just make sure your repair sheet mentions painting everything around the repaired part, although I am sure they will find another cost cutting measure around it.

THE BEST BODYSHOP I WILL EVER GO TO AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I recently got my 2007 Lexus GS 350 repaired here. they replaced my whole right rear quarter panel. Al & the manager Orlando gave me a great price and the time frame was perfect to my schedule. compared to other high estimates i had around town, they were the lowest so I decided to have them do the work. I heard many bad things about Maaco, but with my experience, I will recommend family and friends to go to this body shop, if you want excellent body work & paint work on your vehicle. I give them 1000 stars instead of 5. Thanks Maaco !!

Got a decent quote for my Honda Civic which was in an accident. The rear was significantly damaged. I talked to Al and he assured me that he will take care of everything within the given budget. The car was ready in few days and when I saw it, I could not believe that it was in an accident. It looked really nice. The color was exactly the same as before, and everything was done properly. Highly recommended.

Talked to some guy AL on the phone (sounded like he was sleeping) couldnt give me barely any help over the phone. "We will have to see it" yeah I understand you have to see it but you cant even tell me what options I have? I know they have certain paint packages I can go with... dont even bother with them

Nothing but the Highest praise for the staff, quality of work, and value. They repaired rear end collision damage on my 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette Premier. Paintwork was excellent as they matched a 10 year old maroon color. Thanks again to Orlando, service manager!

The paint is poorly applied, poorly cured, and it will start to peel off after a couple of months.
