I decided to come here to get my auto glass replaced after I went on their website got a quote. I made an appointment to visit them the next day at 8:00am. So far, so good. I arrive at the store 15 minutes prior to my appointment and asked the lady at the desk if I could check in, seeing as there was no one there waiting. She said I could just wait and the "glass guy" would be there shortly. 8:30 rolls around and still nothing. She finally decides to call their mobile shop which is apparently doing the work, and low and behold they had no idea I had an appointment. I figured, "Okay things happen. No big deal." I rescheduled my appointment for later that morning to meet me at my place of work having lost the hour I woke up earlier so that I could avoid having to wait around all day for this guy to come. Im driving to work, and I receive a call that the price I was quoted was wrong and that they would have to jack up the price! Talk about a bait and switch. I canceled my order because of this. I dont recommend these people to anyone. If they cant get a simple glass replacement right, how could anyone trust them with a collision repair.

I cannot recommend this place. My wifes truck was scheduled to be completed on Oct 16, a service time of approximately two weeks. The completion date was then pushed to Oct 20 then Oct 23 because additional damage had been found and All-State was called out to revaluate. After that we received no notifications of progress. Its now Oct 30 and we still do not have our vehicle or any promised completion date despite calling repeatedly and demanding information of any kind. Weve been without our truck for approximately one month. I will edit this post when we receive our vehicle.

I was very happy with my experience with Gerber Collision. I was rear ended in a car accident and Gerber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. Their communication is excellent. I received emails and phone calls about the progress of the repair of my car. It was good to know that they were working on it and had not forgotten about my car. True to their word they had my car fixed and back to me on they day they told me it would be done. They did a great job fixing my bumper, trunk, and side panel. I highly recommend them!

STALKERS! I made an appointment to get an estimate, I had to wait 1/2 hour even to have someone talk to me, waited another 1/2 to get the estimate done, which came out $1200 more then an estimate I got from another company. Now Jeff has called my cell phone at least 2 - 3 times a week wanting me to schedule my work with them! HA! I wouldnt go there after sitting there watching how long their customers had to wait to even pick up their vehicles. STAY AWAY!

All I can say is that business must be great for you guys seeing as no one has even bothered to call me in ref. to my appointment! The only service I received was a tech showing up on Monday saying he would return yesterday (Tuesday) to repair my window. A call to explain would have been great and I have no desire to chase a company down that doesnt need my business! Thanks for nothing!

The staff was friendly enough , but they dont really pay attention to your concerns . You just another number in their big system . If you have to fix your car through an insurance claim , I would suggest you go somewhere else .

I cannot recommend them, they would not even perform the Estimate. I guess they make too much money since they are able to turn potential customers away because they dont have time.
