I highly recommend Susan and all of the staff at Champaign Automotive Collision Center. Within the last 4-month period, I have required their team to repair my car due to damages caused by others (Work and what appeared to be a bike rider on the UIUC campus) and the work performed was great. On top of the repair, my car received an interior cleanup that was flawless. So much in fact, I plan to take my wifes car in to be detailed. Although they do a great job, I hope my car repairs are not required in the near future. But if needed, I already know where I will be taking my car to be repaired, CHAMPAIGN AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION CENTER is my car repair specialist.

I love the people here! Ashley and Susan had a quick response time. Both were very friendly and offered great customer service. Ashley came out to the vehicle to take pictures and took extra care not to wake my sleeping two year old. She also walked me through the insurance process and let me know the possible outcomes to expect. The repair team has a great front line supporting them. Check them out! It is well worth your time.

Our experience was flawless from beginning to end. Ashley was so helpful. She looked at the car and explained what the work would be and how much it would cost. She phoned every few days to explain where they were in each repair stage. They used parts that were the most reasonably priced. When we got our car back it looked brand new. The staff were very helpful. My car was returned as new, after a months vacation during which time the insurance payments were arranged on my behalf. When returned, all I had to do was finalize the payments and pick up the vehicle. A progress report was emailed to me during my absence and I cannot thank Ashley enough for taking the pain out of the whole process.

The repair (and cleanup) was great and made it look like it was a brand new car. They took care of having initial parts already ordered before I brought in my car, and coordinated with the other insurance party and rental car company and made things easy for me. Susan was great to work with and consistently kept my updated on the status of my car.

Nightmare from start to end. Body shop will trick its customers to get their car fixed by underestimating the cost and being too optimistic on the time frame. Expect a final bill that is 80% higher than the first quote.
