Brought my car here to be repaired after someone hit my car. The faulted drivers insurance recommended service king and I am so very sorry I listened before doing my own research. Long story short, I decided after talking to them and insurance that I didnt want my car repaired here and called them to make them aware that I would be picking the car up. When I got there, the person I had been talking to just slid my key across the counter without a word or eye contact. Seriously?! Got out to my car to see that its in worse shape than when I brought it in a week ago. Bumper cover significantly less secure and two tires completely flat. Very unprofessional. A complete waste of time.

Worst mechanic shop i ever been into.disrespectful manager and she lies too she make you feel youre nothing.she doesnt know anything about cars specially German car. Their work is not the best. Couple parts used to work before they touch them and now they dont work puls they want us to pay to fix it. Dont recommend it.

Customer service is really good at this location, but the work is questionable. I had a bumper repainted less than a year ago, and nearly all the paint has come off my bumper. The car looks worse than when I brought it in. I am taking my car elsewhere to have it repainted.

My husband over heard the mechanic tell the state farm insurance agent that a part on the vehicle needed to be replaced and she said "just bang it out." Very unprofessional. I would not go here if I were you.

This shop underestimates, doesnt give a full quote. And then tries to charge you more after the work was completed
