I wish I had read these reviews before I had taken my vehicle to this location. I brought my car into this location on 12/21/16 and I keep having to call them to get an update on my car and have expressed that I am paying for a rental out of pocket so I need updates to completion but all I get from the operator (customer service agent) and the estimator and the CSM is empty promises to call me back. Last week, I called to get an update myself because it was supposed to be done. I had to talk to the estimator who told me unfortunately they were waiting on a re-order of part because they had ordered after market bumper that came in damaged not once but twice! REALLY?! So now they had to order OEM part (which by the way was what they put on the original estimate they gave me that they would have to order OEM parts because they couldnt find any after market bumper with my vehicle?) Then that was being ordered and painted and my new completion date was to be today 1/4/17 but they were supposed to call or email me yesterday to confirm and update, guess what....NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL SURPRISE SURPRISE! Now I just called and asked what was the status on my vehicle the customer service agent says I need to speak with the estimator but he is at lunch. I told her that he was suppose to get in touch with me yesterday but did not and could she give me an update was there anything in the system...she replied they dont give her that information. So I asked was there anyone else I could speak with or a manager, she said GM was there so I asked to speak with her, she is away from her desk and I asked to be put on hold, which was for about a minute then she came back and told me the GM was going into a meeting and would have to call me back....SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! I suppose I am going to have to go there in person to talk with someone because I cant get a straight answer from anyone via phone or email. Plus now after reading some of these reviews I am worried my car wont be repaired properly. I wish I hadnt use AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCES referral and had gone to my own choosing of a body shop now instead of this one.... HELP?

I should have read all the reviews here, before i took my car here. I came here through GEICO insurance for the bumper fender fix. The total bill charged was $2500 and was not fixed properly. ABRA called me and said vehicle is in great condition and quality inspection was made and ready for delivery. I was surprised if they really did quality inspection as i can easily notice that the bumper/fender was not fixed properly and they charged a lot for the poor work they did. I had to leave the car to fix it again and they delivered car on same day with no noticeable change , it still doesnt look like the way it used to be before the damage.

Their attention to detail here is a joke! I had to point out many issues that I found with my vehicle after they said that it was "ready". Missing fasteners, wrong colored "Grand Cherokee" logo, forgot to plug in connectors in door handle. All they could say was "Youre correct sir." Brought it in for a minor dent in the fender, and they turned it into a $3000 repair. Dont go here!

My car was returned dirty and though I brought it back to get it cleaned it appeared that nothing was done. The amount of money they received to fix the vehicle should have given them the incentive to at least wash it and vacuum the car as it appeared they had used it and forgot to clean the evidence

These was the worst work ever done with my vehicle. Terrible repairs and I took my truck to another shop as these people had no clue what they were doing or even the name of different parts of the transmission. Worst shop ever!

This place does terrible unprofessional work. They will charge erroneous charges and do not complete your repairs in the time frame they tell you. This shop cost me thousands!
