Exactly all this good reviews MUST be FAKE this place is by far the worst not only have they had my car over a month they keep coming up with lies and postponements to my car being repaired in the estimated time they gave me if u cant be honest then how can u expect to stay in business thats to start with then the staff is very unprofessional and most of the time rude or eager to get u off the phone and brush off with the next best excuse not only have I had it with them but my insurance company has had it with them I mean my car wasnt even that wrecked I just had a bent fender but because my car is matte black plasti dip they continuously keep telling me they cannot get paint to match any good body shop would be able to work this out in timely manner but unfortunately I been livin for a month under alot of stress and thinkin this is all cause of unmatched paint after I have already stated to them I would sign paperwork saying Im completely satisfied with the as is paint job i just want my car back and the more I visit and see no progress the more heated I get and fact its in unsafe lot that they dont insure if something does happen to my car ughh dont go here I highly recommend any other place but Gwinnett place body shop

By far the worst Body Shop you could ever take a wrecked vehicle to get fixed. They claim they are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle in their possesion. Took them 7 weeks to get my 2013 Ford Edge back when orginally told it was going to be 7-10 days. This was after all 4 wheels and tires were stolen while locked up on their yard. They forced me to file an insurance claim with my insurance and in return I will be losing my insurance come the spring time. Highly recoomend any body shop including Moms and Poms than to ever reccomend someone to such a dishonest, money hustling, unprofessional place of business. Have already prepared letters to send to Ford, Van Tuyl Group, Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Collision Industry Association.

I had my car repaired here last week and it couldnt have been a better experience! I am confused how anyone could ever accuse this facility of being anything but 100% professional and honest. I chose to take my car here after receiving recommendations from several family members and friends who had their cars fixed here. They all had nothing but good things to say. My experience was A+ from start to finish. The staff were professional and friendly, I was kept informed throughout the entire process and the quality of their work is unmatched. My car was ready on time and looks brand new! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car fixed-you will not be disappointed! If I had any complaints at all it would the insurance companys slow response time.

Got a call from estimator with a bad news and complain that body shop does not follow up with them on the timely manners. I see the same things on my side. Most likely they are busier then they can afford to be and as the result, your car is sitting on the parking lot without any attention for a quite some time. Insurance companies do not like that either - they have to pay your rental car and every day does count as extra spending. Guess what they do ? They want to know that shop is working on their car and if they see that shop is to busy to return an update call, insurance will take it back to your hear. All these problems will become your problem! At this point I am risking to stay without car for couple weeks!

I didnt have work done there because my car ended up being a total loss, but I chose to have it towed there by insurance after reading the reviews online. They were professional, cool, down-to-earth, and just what youd want out of people taking in your damaged car. My sunroof was stuck open from deployed airbags and they made sure to seal it so that water didnt get in. Tarah up front stays busy, but always polite. Chris S. from the shop took the time to talk about the damage and car with me a little bit. Ill take my business there in the future if I need body work.

Getting your car repaired is never fun, but accidents happen. Ive been in to this place four times with different vehicles that have been hit from behind. The lobby of the facility is very nice and you dont feel like youre in a typical repair shop. The service when you come in is top notch, though they are busy so you might have to wait 5-10 minutes. Whether Im paying for the repair and settling up with the insurance after, or the other drivers insurance is paying up front the end result is the same, service and quality.

I brought in my car during a busy time which caused me to wait a couple weeks for my car. I appreciate talking the Brian as he was very knowledgeable about repair and just a nice a person to talk too. He wasnt my estimator but he made sure I was taken care off, even staying after work to take a look at my vehicle when I brought it back. Brain works with the customer in favor to help them in everyway possible and not a person just trying to get money. He is a very respectable person and I reccomend to work with him.

Please , dont be fooled by these fake reviews. First, of all the customer service is horrible. The secretary was very rude and unprofessional when I was simply trying to find out a price for a side mirror to be replaced. They told me it would cost almost $600.00 to replace a side mirror. I declined, went somewhere else, and paid $229.00 for a replacement. If you care about quality customer service, saving money, and not being cheated out of extra cash, please check around for more affordable prices.

I only needed to have a pair of mirrors painted to match my car. I was quoted $50 for each mirror (which was far cheaper than I expected) and that it would only take one day for them to complete. I called the next day and they were ready to be picked up. The paint job is perfect; matches 100%! Travis was great to work with and Im highly impressed with not only the quality and the price, but also the next day turn around.

I had my car repaired there in July of 2010. It took 18 days to get it repaired. This was a lot longer than expected. Was supposed to only take a week to 10 days at the most. When I got the car back the hood and front panel were not aligned correctly. Also, the the cover to the motor was not repaired. I had to take it back for several more days. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

y car was repaired back to the pre-wreck condition!! Everything looks great!!!! They have great customer service, my phone calls were returned and at time of pick up, they had quick service!!! I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Body Shop for any of your vehicle repair needs!!! Thank you Gwinnett Place Body Shop, I now have my baby back...
