If you werent satisfied, why didnt you ask them about it before you left rather than going to someone else to see whether or not the work was done properly? If it was so bad, you shouldve given them the opportunity to fix it before you took delivery of the car! I had work done on dents at two other "dent repair shops" and they screwed one up and didnt even try the other because they said it was "too hard to access the dent." Maybe if they wouldve drilled a hole in the first place, they wouldve had better access. When I went to the Dent Shop for my last dent (I guess I park next to too many shopping carts), they explained to me that when theyre done and "plug the hole," they use a silicone sealer to prevent rust and keep the plug in place. I dare you (or anyone) to post a picture of a repaired car (by The Dent Shop) that actually looks like its been repaired. Jack and his employees are the best in the business and I will never take my car anywhere else for dent repairs. By the way--as a general rule--when you post reviews, try to use proper grammar and use your spell check!

I had a very noticeable dent on a seam on my car which is less than a year old. I had been to at least 10 other body shops around the area which all told me that they couldnt fix dents that were on a seam and that I was out of luck. Not only was the Dent Shop the first place that said that they could fix my dent, but were also by far the most affordable. I had two other small dents that I wanted fixed and every other body shop wanted significantly more than what I was quoted at The Dent Shop. I assumed that fixing the dent that was on the seam would have cost quite a bit more after they explained all the extra work that was going to be involved with that one, but they charged the same price as the other two. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and most importantly knowledgable in what they are doing. I highly recommend The Dent Shop!

I had brought a car in to get a dent removed. When I got the car back I was not satisfied with the way they touched up the scratches. So I brought the car to two other body shops to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have the scratches touched up the right way. The other body shops informed me that a hole was drilled between in the door jam by the dent shop to pop out the dent. They asked my why I would approve of them doing that as that is a very poor practice and will often lead to accelerated rust. They told me that a dent shop should never drill an access hole without the consent of the owner. I give them a poor rating because they have now ruined my car that is only 8 months old. They lie and their work is HORRIBLE !!! If you drill a hole in a customers car TELL them that you are going to do that !!!!

Really great guys! My daughter just got a new (to her) car and is leaving for California tomorrow. They got her car in this morning and out this afternoon. Ive never had a paintless dent removal done before, but Im amazed at the results. Im not a pro, but I dont see ANY remnants of the 2 dents they took care of. Probably cost about 1/2 (or less) what a body shop might charge and didnt have to even chance that (silver) paint wouldnt match. Good Guys and I would definitely use them again. As for the knucklehead that complained about drilling a hole - how else would you think they can access the inside of a panel to make the repair? Disassemble the entire door interior? Would you be willing to pay extra for that? The hole they drilled for my repair was professionally done and sealed.

EXCELLENT!!! After spending an entire day traveling to three local body shops for estimates...I finally made my way to The Dent Shop. The other body shops provided "The song and dance" I expected from a fragmented industry wrought with insurance challenges, paperwork, and customer frustration. In the end, the team at The Dent Shop provided an excellent repair...in less than a week, at a greatly reduced rate. The rate was fair for their solution didnt require the entire replacement of our rear-end, which was suggested by others. They took the time to listen to me...and provide a solution which fit our budget, timeline, and quality expectations. Hopefully I will never need to use them again.....but in the event I ever need work done again..........I will go to The Dent Shop!!!

Im actually shocked that anyone would write something negative about the Dent Shop. Weve used them exclusively at our dealership for the last 6 years and our Used Car Manager used them for another 5 years before that at the dealership he came from. Nobody works harder or does a better job of getting cars front-line ready. When dents are in inaccessible places, a good dent removal team will drill a hole, fix the dent, seal the hole again and youll never even know it was there. As long as this is done properly, which I have no doubt of since it was Jack and his crew doing it, the value of your car will go up from this fix, not down.

The Dent Shop removed three dents on my Toyota Highlander in less than two hours. Bob was the technician on my particular vehicle. He is a very nice guy, and even dropped me off at home while my vehicle was under repair. Less than two hours after I dropped off the car, Bob calls and comes to my home (I live close to the store) with my vehicle, and explains everything that he did. The panels look like nothing happened; the prices are reasonable, and scheduling work with them is very easy. I will go back to The Dent Shop for future repairs.

I have had three of my cars at The Dent Shop and have to say that the work proformed was always top notch. Never any hidden fees and the works was done on time. Also, I didnt realize that The Dent Shop does alot more then just fix dents. My sons car is on its 3rd front-end and both times The Dent Shop replaced the whole front end flawlessly. And on top of the excellent service, they were by far the least expensive. I would recommend anyone to The Dent Shop.

Unbelievably impressive! I dropped a log on the hood of my <1 year old car causing a dent and marring the paint. The Dent Shop did their magic and the hood looks absolutely perfect. There is no sign of previous damage...amazing. It was done at a very reasonable price. I never knew of The Dent Shop and am very glad to have found them. Unquestionably, Ill recommend my friends who have had mishaps to their vehicles to go here.
