We have been doing business with Denise of Boyle Body Werks for several years, we have a fleet of vehicles that we have had Denise repair several of over the years. Up until this past year we were very satisfied with his service, however last year we asked him to repair my nephews Cobalt for which he did not have insurance, it had extensive right front end damage. Denises shop supposedly repaired it and returned it to my nephew. He drove it for 10 months when he got hit by a deer on the opposite side. He had insurance this time and he took it to a shop of his choice. It didnt take the shop owner long to recognize after removing the bumper that last years repairs were not done properly that the inner structure had a rip in it and was mangled pretty badly, so much that Boyles body shop had inserted several U shaped metal shims around the head light assy just to be able to put the car back together, which we were told was nearly impossible without repairing it properly, which would explain while shortly after Boyles returned the car to my nephew the fender poped off. The new repair shop even noted that the paint job looked like a primer, first coat, it was very rough and scuffed up.and peeling off the front bumper after only 10 months. She said the frame is low and pushed back which makes the care virtually un driveable. If this car was involved in an accident on the right side it would most likely injure a passenger and or driver (possibly even fatally). She repaired only what the insurance company would pay for and made my nephew sign a waiver that he was aware the car was unsafe to drive. I called Boyles spoke with Denise. So far I have gotten no satisfaction. I am going to file a complaint with the Il Atty. Generals office, Better Business Bureau and Ive contacted an attorney. I will never recommend Boyles to anyone again. My nephew is unable to sell the car in the condition it is in or trade it in so he has been forced to rent a car which is an expense he can not afford. I give Boyles a negative -1 Sincerely with truth only, Cynthia Ritchie
