I took my Mustang GT to Contours. My car is my baby, and I expect the best. Josh and Jody are exactly that. Firstly, when walking through the door youre treated not like just another customer but like family. When looking at your car, Josh (the guru/master of body work) will tell you his recommendations and offer courses of action for fixing the issue. Youll know your in the right place. Jody (the office manager) prides herself on giving you the absolute best price she can on all work, and is also extremely friendly. Throughout the repair they kept me completely up-to-date on everything, answered my questions promptly, and didnt mind if i stopped by to see what was going on. They were able to get me in to the shop extremely fast, and finished the work a day ahead of schedule (and stayed open late for me to come pick it up). Im extremely satisfied with all work done by Josh (and im hard to please when it comes to my car)... he really is the best. Great place, friendly, honest, outstanding communication, great prices, and amazing at what they do - what more can you ask for? Skip the other places and take your car here - you will not be disappointed.

When you have your vehicle repaired at Contours Auto Body, you will come away convinced, as I am, that the word "Craftsman" is not just a brand of tools marketed by Sears. The term also accurately describes Josh Mason. My mother is 84 years old, and I swear that she has managed to bump against every wall in her underground parking garage. I took her Toyota Camry in to Contours, and I told Josh, "I have ___ dollars to spend. Do with it what you can." The man is a miracle worker. He sanded and painted the many scrapes and marks. My mothers plastic bumper was cracked and separated, and he somehow managed to bond the parts together, sand the bumper, and paint it so that it looks brand new! You cannot see where the separation was, no matter how hard you look! It is clear, more than anything else, that both Josh and Jody, the office manager, CARE about doing quality work. They want to do the job right, and they want you to be happy. Well, how cool is that? Oh, by the way, I took my mother with me when I picked up her car. She told Josh that he was "darling." Hey, my mother has always been a good judge of character!

Contours quoted me $50 and $120 higher than two other local places. Unfortunately both of the other shops were booked for a solid month so I decided I wanted the work done asap and took it to Contours. I was very disappointed with the work they did. The color matching was not the same color as the rest of the car. It was slightly more orange and there were dark flecks in a few spots. The clear coat they applied was duller looking than the rest of my car as well. It was obvious where the work had been done. There were tons of bumps in the clear coat as if it was sprayed on with dust and debris in the air. There was also a very noticeable tape line where they had stopped painting. Extremely unprofessional. When I brought up these issues I was told to bring the car back in. When I took it back in I was lied to and told the tape line was from the car manufacturer. Car factories do NOT leave tape lines from their paint jobs. They needed my car over night but basically just polished and buffed some of the bumps out and did nothing else for the numerous other issues.

The rear liftgate on my 2010 Chevy Equinox had an unfortunate run in with the garage door. I stopped by Contours and Josh greeted me with a smile and provided a very reasonable estimate to repair the damage. I brought my car in the following week and it was ready in 2 days as promised. The quality of the work was excellent! Overall, the experience I had with Contours exceeded my expectations. In fact, Jody even called me to advise me of the 10% off labor coupon that was available! I hope that I wont need auto body work in the future, but if I do, I would definitely return and will recommend them to my friends and family based on the friendly, personal service, competitive price and professional results. GREAT SERVICE! So convenient - I was lucky enough to get a same day estimate for damage to my car. Josh was very friendly and professional! Service was very quick. The estimate was on a Wednesday and I was able to make an appointment for the following Monday for the work. The office manager, Jody, even gave me a ride home after drop off. Originally, Josh said he would need the car Monday - Wednesday. Imagine my surprise when Jody called mid-day Tuesday to let me know my car was ready! I am very pleased with the repair - it looks AWESOME! All of their work is guaranteed, so its a win-win situation. And, as an added bonus, the quote was extremely fair!

I borrowed my moms car to take my fiance to lunch. A driver backed out of an apartment complex as I was driving past.The damage was more extensive than anticipated. We decided to try Contours Auto Body due to the recommendation of a neighbor. My mom, dad, fiance and myself were impressed. They could have tried to take advantage of the situation but they didnt. Pricing was reasonable in comparison to other quotes. Turn around time was quick and painless. I couldnt even tell wear the damage was. No flaws in the paint job, Color ruby red.

Someone hit my daughters car and did not leave a note. I was looking for a repair place and was so afraid that I would be taken advantage of. The moment I walked through the door I knew this was the place. I was greeted and everything explained to me. All of the questions I had were answered. The repair was completed quickly and reasonably. I cant say enough about the quality of service. It is a rare thing in this day and age to find such honesty and pride in workmanship.
