I brought my car in for repair at the beginning of end of 2015. I had front end damage due to a traffic accident. Although drivable after the accident, within one week, both of my headlight went out. One during the accident, one a few days later due to moisture getting into the headlight housing. When i brought it in for a quote, I made sure to inform them of the issue and even point out the moisture in the driver side headlamp. I received my car back with the same headlight housing, just different bulbs and within about 1 month, moisture was building up in the headlight again. Along side that, my bumper began to separate from the grill and and come undone. My driver side dog lamp was also not centered with the bumper. When I informed them of all these issues, they refused to look at anything but the light because everything else was "not due to error repair" yet they have a "lifetime warranty". Now, I have to cart around in a car that looks like its just popping apart and I havent had a headlight in months because every time I replace it, the moisture just builds back up and short it out again. I do not recommend this location. Its no wonder they only have 2 stars. Unfortunately my insurance wouldnt let me go to a different shop and I was stuck with them but never again. Update: Within a day of posting my review about this location, I got a call from the general manager. He had seen the review and went through the files to find mine, he informed me that they are under new management and apologize for what happened. Not only that, he also asked if I could bring my vehicle in for them to take a look at it and when I did he help me set up an appointment to replace my headlight housings. And headlights. Now, I have yet to take my car in but I am beyond grateful that not only did he acknowledge the issue that the former general manager refused to address, but he also decided to fix the issue. Customer service is a big part of any business, and the new management is definitely on top of it. Despite the problems in the past, I will definitely recommend this gerber to friends and family.

they actually deserve no stars, this location did a horrible job my car was taken here last year on january 2015. As of june 2016 I am still taking my car to get repairs. For their mistakes or things that they said they did when nothing was done and the last issue so far was instead of changing the valve cover they patch or have whatever they did to ir to "fix" the broken piece. Which then was a result of the cover melting and leaking oil and thats just one of the problems of many i have had and let just say some parts where duct tape yeah stay away from this place..

The worst experience of my life. Wa originally told 5 days to repair my car, every week was told my car would be ready. It took a month. Also was told that my rental would be paid , past the 5 original days. I picked up my car, had wind noise and rattles, took it back 3 times. On top of that was charged for the rental. When I complained to management, I was told no ever said my rental would be paid for. Had to get my insurance involved, and go to a different shop to get it fixed right! IT WAS A NITEMARE!

Do NOT take your car here to get it repaired! Not only is the staff rude but they dont stand behind their work, despite a "lifetime guarantee." I had my Lexus repaired in 2013 and brought it back recently as the front bumper was loose. They said they cant fix it because there was internal damage, and would not even quote me a price to fix. Craig Junod was the estimator and was non-responsive in 2013 and even more of a dud now.

DONT EVER take your car here if you want it fixed the right way! Brought mine in 4 times and its still not right. Showed it to one of my dealerships techs and they said that Gerber did a lousy job. They were even pointing out what was wrong to me, without me having to say anything. The only reason I gave them any stars at all is because you need to in order to rate them. Its more like negative 5 stars!
