Organization, organization, organization! Plus time management, cleanliness, neatness & excellent auto body experience. It took Eric Seipp, manager, about 3 minutes to write my quote because he is organized, knows his sources, his teams timeline, etc. all quickly accessible. Other shops took forever to quote. I had an immediate feeling of confidence. I could almost guarantee no worker spends time looking for a tool, supplies, etc. because they are all in their place as they should be. Parts were ordered, painted, etc. and ready to go when I took my car back. NO MORE LEAVING YOUR CAR AT THE SITE OVERNIGHT & looking for a ride from friends. Yes, my repair was small, yet I suspect they would be very helpful coordinating times with you. Eliminating the hassle of taking time off from work to drop off & pick up your car, get a ride, etc. is an additional benefit. This CARSTAR HY TECH phenomenal! My experience with Hy-Tech CARSTAR was pretty good. They grabbed my car on short notice after an accident and started working on it right away. Since these guys are partners with esurance, it was pretty cool to have a daily picture of the repairs while they were being done. I had to come back a couple times for some eagle-eyed details I spotted in the paintwork, but this is to be expected with every major repair. They were happy to redo the work until I was happy. Except when I found a scratch in the window, and they charged my insurance a bit extra. BUT a year later and the car still looks brand new and drives wonderfully. All in all Hy-Tech CARSTAR did a great job and I would recommend them.

I have been using this body shop for years and have sent multiple referrals to them because I know they are the best shop around, and in my line of work I have dealt with a lot of shops so I have a good idea of who is trustworthy. I have been dealing with the same people there since I started using them in 1998. Julie, Joe, Heather, Mike, Eric and Butch are awesome. They make a stressful situation so much better. This is where I have sent my own mother, if that tells you anything!!!

Terrible experience, had to bring the car back three times, the third time they finally listened to me that the front windshield was not sealed properly, after the inside of my car was soaked twice in the rain! They blamed it on everything but themselves. My car was filthy, fingerprints all over headliner, paint chips all over the interior that I am still finding months later. Complained about the mess and they did nothing! Rude managers!

Thank You Carstar. I brought them my 2009 Honda CRV for repair. First the car looks just perfect. But, the best part was the people I dealt with. Heather and Eric kept me updated through the process. The car was completed on time. It was the smoothest car repair that I have ever been involved. I am a Carstar customer for life.
