The Body Werks was recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint. My car had recently developed two exterior leaks, one which allowed rainwater to collect in the lining of the trunk lid and another around the seal of the driver’s side door. I also had a couple of bulbs, including a turn-signal, which needed to be replaced. Brett was able to get me into the shop the day after I called. Within a half hour of being there the trunk leak had been identified behind the license plate and was sealed. The driver’s door was readjusted and the bulbs were replaced. In all, very fast and quality work done on the problems I had. The cost of these repairs was very reasonable. If you’re in the Joliet or Shorewood area, Body Werks is a great shop to go to for knowledgeable service.

Scam artist!!!! I had to file my complaint with the Better Business Bureau today for false advertising and not refunding my money on an item that I never took delivery on. I have more than sufficiant evidence that they advertised a bogus part number. I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after I ordered it when I confirmed that this was a bogus part number with my Mercedes dealer and in fact not the part as advertised. They shipped it anyway so I refused it and now they will not refund my money. Not good business professionals
