The lady who sits at the desk and answers phone calls is very rude. My mom and I had an incident with my car that someone else drove and we had no idea what happened and was not willing to listen to us, continuing to act like we were trying to tell her how to do her job. Her customer service is not good at all and for someone who needs to help others, she poorly does the job!! Someone with a little more better understanding of peoples situations and friendlier needs to take her place.

The lady on the phone is sooooo rude !! She talks to you like you are retarded!! Like of course I have many questions about how to get my car out and she talks to you with such hatred like she legit hates her job. I would bring them so much business but with that attitude , I dont know... the boss should do something about it, shes the one making his business look bad.

They picked up my car and delivered it to a dealership for repairs and ripped the brush guard off and dented the car. The driver drove off without talking to the dealership. We still have not been able to get them to pay for it. We have been calling them for a month and they wont call us back to settle up. DONT USE THEM!!!!!!

Had my car towed by them. Had no issues with the tow or driver. Really poor service in office. I believe her name was Mary Ann. Very unprofessional and rude. Other then that experience I would give them 5 stars.

My daughter was in a accident and the police called a tow. They came out and towed it. $230 it cost for approximately 1 mile. Never again.
