I had a horrible experience here. The manager completely ignored a waiting customer. I did eventually get my haircut after waiting for one woman to finish cutting hair. The moment she started on me another customer came in and with no wait was having his hair cut by the manger. I have never had the greatest experiences here but this behavior was beyond the pale. They have lost me as a customer forever based on what happened.

Love my haircut! I had went somewhere else and was not happy so I decided to give great clips and boy am I happy that I did! Jennifer did an amazing job fixing my bad haircut and made feel so much better about cutting so much off! Very pleased and will definitely be back! Thank you Jennifer at Palos heights store!
