My mom had her hair cut tonight and she was unsatisfied with the service asking me to write this review for her; she said her lady was impatient and cut her hair unevenly and after she washed her hair left it dripping wet and when my mom went outside it aggravated her bronchitis leaving her highly dissatisfied. My mom also feels that her lady was racist. My own experience was stellar-mine was patient and cut my hair as directed. I plan to come back (and because I have no intention of cutting my moms hair forcing her back too) I would advise to keep a careful eye on your elderly parent for maltreatment because I was not paying attention. I think there are good people to and a few rotten apples. Take care!

Normally I have a good experience with this location but recently as of a few days ago... I came in and it wasnt really busy, 3 people cutting hair and I was the only one waiting. First hair stylist finished, checked out her client, cleaned up and left. Second hair stylist checked out her client, cleaned up, and went to the back. By the time the third hairstylist was finished, she pretty much did the same as second stylist.... it was a good 15 - 20 mins or more of a wait since the first had finished. I just left even though I was next

The employees at this location are always friendly and efficient as they can be. Especially on days when they are backed up they still take time out to ensure that everyone knows that they are doing the fastest work possible but taking time to pay attention to the details on the customer currently in the seat.

Left a good tip for someone who I thought did a great job till I got home and realized when I put my hair up, my long hair was cut way short (3 inches at most) on the underside. She lied when she cut it. I will not return.
