If I could give this place negative stars I would. WORST HAIR CUT Ive ever gotten. Not to mention the stylist I had was incredibly cold, unfriendly and made no attempt to hide her awful demeanor and terrible attitude. I have long hair, I asked for a good 1.5-2inches off and less than that was cut. Normally the opposite happens when I get my hair cut, they typically cut off more. WORST part about it is it is INSANELY uneven. Not even like a subtle difference--its immediately noticeable and incredibly obvious. The right side is dramatically longer than the left in the front. And while yes, my hair was tangled, I was ready to scream with how painful the stylist was manipulating my hair. Legit the way she handled it was the same as teasing it, creating more tangles that she just ripped out. It was honestly excruciating. I asked for a few changes to be fixed at the end, but after she failed to fix the problems, I was not about to stay any longer and risk a worse cut than I already received. Go here if you want super unfriendly service, that doesnt follow the simple requests, and causes you great pain. Aka DONT GO! You WILL need to get your hair fixed at another place guaranteed.

Ive been to this Great Clips twice now. The first time I went I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I came in about an hour and a half before close and I could tell my stylist was unhappy to have to stick around to cut my hair. I should have walked out the door right then, but I didnt want to have to come back another time. Ultimately, I ended up being very disappointed with my haircut which looked terrible for months until it grew out. HOWEVER! I went back for the second time today and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, listened well, and in the end I left with the best haircut Ive had in years. I work in the service industry so I understand how an employee can suffer from fatigue at the end of the day, but that isnt something that should get in the way when dealing with someones hair (for me, my pride and joy!). 4/5 for inconsistent service, but for the price its a great, clean, and efficient place.

I dare to write this review because everyone is about to learn my secret. As a man, a good barber is hard to find. I found Greg years ago when he worked at another place in Shorewood. I lost him for a couple years and went to various other barbers that were terrible. Then I walked into this Great Clips and saw him and I tipped him the price of my hair cut. I was so happy. He is consistant and funny as hell. Best male barber in town and for the price that you pay at Great Clips, you cant go wrong.

Absolutely terrible. I have been going to this Great Clips since it opened and yesterday was by far my worst experience there to date. The stylist hardly said two words to me, and the attention to detail was awful. There was no attempt at blending the sides of my head so I look like a mushroom. There is even a tuft of uncut hair which is clearly visible. I am done going to this Great Clips and I suggest you steer clear as well. Their quality has gone down-hill!

I got there shortly after they opened in the morning, and my stylist did not want to be there at all. No smiling, zero conversation attempts, and any questions about the haircut were frank and barely audible. Disappointing because Ive been to many other locations with very happy go lucky stylists(like the other woman working there this morning.) I still tipped her, but Im not sure I should have. Probably will not be going back.

Was in a rush and couldnt make my usual barber. Its been a few years since I got my hair cut there and stopped going initially because they werent very good. I thought, hey its been a few years maybe it will be better, nope, still awful. Had to go to the Whitefish Bay location to get it fixed.

Just got a hair cut from this African American guy with the glasses , the worst hairdresser, not attentive, looks half sleepy to me , screwed my hair. Zero Customer service and very rude. Dont ever go to this location. That dude is just nuts!!!

Time to upgrade the clippers, Shorewood. They were loud and painful leaving my neck and temples red. And she didnt shave my neck as requested. I went over to the Farwell location where they cleaned up the mess. Thanks, Farwell.

Some people there know how to listen and cut hair others are unexperienced and do not listen and follow directions on how you want your hair cut. I will not be going theee for hair cuts anymore.

I just got an awesome haircut, best Ive had in awhile. Everyone was nice, not very talkative. My hair cutter, Jo, seemed concentrated like she knew what she was doing. Very good job! Thanks!
