i wish negative stars existed. i went in on a saturday so there was no line, the only worker there offered to cut my hair. i had long hair that reaches the end of my ribcage. i asked her to cut off 3-4 inches, and she cut my hair just under my shoulders. she contioniously said "dont worry, ill make you beautiful" as if im not beautiful already. it was a very self esteem crushing experiance, and she cut me bangs without previously asking me. i specifically said i want a simple cut - no layers, no nothing. and i came out with too short hair and hideous bangs. i never got her name unfortunatly - but she had a russian accent. if she wanted to "frame" my face she shouldve asked, her excuse after was that "she thought i wanted it". no, i told her MUTIPLE times i want a simple cut, i dont need high maitnence hair. im 14, and religiously ride my horse. when you ride horses your hair is always in a low ponytail or inside your helmet. the bangs were too short for reaching my ponytail and wouldnt stay in my helmet. after the haircut was over and i said no, ill just pay and leave she said "i was just trying to make you beautiful." im not auditioning for a pagent, i dont need to look beautiful because apparently this woman said i dont. telling teenagers that they wont be beautiful unless a stranger can fix their hair is a horrible thing to fix into their brains. all in all it was a horrible day and anyone who attends this haircutter and gets tortured by this merciless ladies hands, dont say i didnt warn you.

Ive had a good experience and a bad experience here. im a guy and both times i asked to simply be trimmed up. The first time I went, a very friendly and very talented African American woman cut my hair. I dont even really know anything about hairdressing or care about my hair much but I could tell she was quite good and it was probably the bet hair cut I ever got. The second time a "Russian sounding" woman (who I have seen referenced in other reviews on her a couple times) cut my hair. As I mentioned already I dont honestly care that much about my hair, but that being said it only took her 8 or 9 minutes, seemed like she was going as fast as she could (with no other customers in the store) and did it not turn out well. So 5 Stars for the first, 1 for the second. So I guess a 3 Star average.

I went there on a Tuesday noon with two men waiting ahead of me and three barbers working. I thought it was fine then waited. After 35 mins I thought it was my turn but one barbers shift ends so I had to wait longer. After 40 mins I had to leave. It was frustrating. Throughout there was no other customers waiting. They could have stretched a little bit to finish my cut because it usually takes only 15 minutes there, or they could have warned me its going to be a long wait because one would quit soon.

terrible terrible terrible all new face....hello sharon I remember you and you always did a great job but I see that salon can never keep there employees every time I go there its somebody new and they are super slow but I know they will no longer get my services....sharon is it ok to call you at least I know who you are.....

WORST HAIRCUT EVER. I will never trust one of the cheaper salons again. From now on I will be going to higher end salons as I had to get my hair re-cut because it was cut so badly, and now I have to wait for it grow back.

Yeah dont go here. The power cords are not long enough to go around you while your are getting your hair cut. Their methods of cleaning you up are not up to pay with other places that offer more services at cheaper prices

Have gone there 3 times, haircut was always mediocre. Fourth time I went I watched a "hair stylist" use a 0 clippers on a guy accidentally instead of a 2 clippers. Left immediately. 3/5

Got an hair cut here twice, one with Sharon and one with Ashley. Both did a great job. There is a 10% student discount too.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Never going back. I dont even have that hard of a style. Completely awful.

Unless you only want your bangs to look straight if you drastically tilt your head, dont go there.
