I recently went to this salon after reading great reviews and it was a terrible experience. All the stylists were chatting instead of taking me back for my appt, once greeted by Sandy she was rude right off the bat and almost seemed as if she didnt want to be there at all. When I showed her what I wanted she said "okay well lets see how it turns out and go from there". NOT the kind of assurance I wanted to a full color and highlight. I was talked over and interrupted so she could chat with a fellow co worker and did not get offered a beverage until all my color was on. The end product was nothing close to what I asked for. I would not recommend this place at all.

Ive been coming to Robert Laurence for over six years now. I would recommend any of the stylists, as they all have a great level of expertise. My "go to" stylists in particular are Bridget and Chanel, but would not hesitate to have any of the stylists work on my hair. I cant say enough good things about how much I love this salon!!

Kimberly is amazing. I had the most amazing hairdresser who died, and I thought I would never be happy again. Well I am. She takes so much time, gives me a shampoo and conditioning treatment that is like being in a spa. I love the color she has applied. I get so many compliments. So happy I found Kimberly. Give her a try.

This place is great! I always look forward to coming here. Twice now I have ventured to other places only to come back to have either Sandy or SJ fix my bad haircut. I will go nowhere else. Also, I love the scalp massage. The minted oil and the hot towel wrap dont hurt after a long day, and its part of the service!

I have been receiving services at Robert Laurence Hair Studio for 16 years. Kevin cuts and colors my hair, which I always get compliments on. The experience is relaxing and enjoyable. I have also used the massage and facial services. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Relaxing experience, like a mini vacation, staff is friendly and professional, they do not push product on you every visit if thats not what you need. My hair stylist is great, making appointments is also very easy and they send you a reminder as well. Cant wait to go back.

I have been seeing Sandy, and on occasion Kevin, at Robert Laurence for over ten years. They have both done an outstanding job every time. Great people, nice environment, yummy tea while you wait. I should have written this review a long time ago.

I highly recommend Korie..though she is young she did a fabulous job with my hair and demonstrated a lot of professional insight and attention to detail. She is also very polite and friendly. I will definitely be seeing her again.
