The first time I went was for a facial. I was greeted after about 2 minutes, which is above average. Then I was told after a few minutes that my service would begin after the room was set up, about 10 minutes. I was led to a dark room, soothing and inviting with a pretty chandelier. I booked a peel, but was talked out of it by the owner, Kim. She assessed my skin and medical history and decided that a (less expensive) facial would be more appropriate. She asked me about allergies and then chose the appropriate products for me. The facial included exfoliation, manual and enzyme, black head extraction and many moist, warm towels and Kims soothing touch. When I tell you that I felt like I was in heaven- Im not exaggerating. Im going back in 10 weeks for a peeling. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Im happy that I found a salon in my neighborhood that I could bring my daughter to, which I did thi morning, and is prompt and professional (this morning we were greeted and service started immediately). I couldnt be happier!

This salon is exactly what you need! I finally found a place that has experienced professionals that satisfy all my beauty needs in an inviting environment. Lena is an expert and I absolutely love what shes done to my hair! I had been struggling with my transitioning hair for 2yrs and was finnally ready for a chop. Lena turned out to be exactlty the stylist with the experience and expertise to keep me inspired and educated about proper care for my natural hair. I like that she has versatile styling experience all while focusing on and maintaing health of the hair which is really important to me on my natural hair journey. I would highly recommend this salon. It offers variety, quality, and comfort and is fairly priced. You can relax and enjoy a real spa day. Get your hair done nails done eyebrows feet...everything! Saves me time. I love it!

The stylist are friendly and the atmosphere is fun. Unfortunately, my hair did not have a good experience there. I went to get purple ombre and the first time it turned brown with a purplish tint, but it was not what I showed the stylist, so she offered to try again the next day with a different dye to color my hair. That time my hair turned blackish blue, I left it that way and it washed out to a greenish-gray. I called to ask for a refund but again they offered to try it again, the same thing happened. Keep in mind, each time I went in they bleached my hair. So in the end I got a lot of damage and no purple. So I had to do it myself. This was my first experience ever going to a salon and probably the last. It probably was something with my hair, but I wish they wouldnt have caused so much damage to my hair.

The haircut they gave me was one of the best Ive ever received, if not the best entirely, but that wasnt even their most notable attribute. Never before have I been so impressed with the very act of hair styling! The stylist was very attentive, professional, personable (but knew when to let up before becoming irritating), and knowledgeable. He knew a lot of technical information about hair products and had a very entertaining flare about his scissors work. It was a very positive experience for an extremely reasonable price. The neighborhood might not be the best, but Id be very surprised to hear about anyone leaving disappointed.

I just moved to Wisconsin and was scared that I wouldn’t be able to find someone to do my hair. Google led me to KRS Hair Salon. Lena was AMAZING. I have never had my hair relaxer last so long in my life. It’s going on 7 weeks now and my hair still looks as good as it did when I left the salon. I don’t know what she did, but the life and health has returned to my hair and I have never been happier. Kim was INCREDIBLE with my wax. It went super-fast and was no lie almost pain free. I don’t know how but she is the best and I have already told all my lady friends about her.

I have been going here for nearly a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the establishment and the owner. I have only been in for Bikini waxes and for my very first time the owner Kim made it very comfortable for me and walked me through everything I would experience. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about she does and it shows. I would highly recommend this studio if you are a virgin/beginner to the waxing world. Its a very cozy and pleasant area, that weakens any anxiety you have. My #1 choice for Bikini Waxing!

I was there today for a Brazilian wax. I loved it. The place is really nice and clean. They were all welcoming and smiling. I got my waxing done by Kim. Kim is really really nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. I spoke to her on the phone last week to take the appointment, she texted me the day before to make sure that I was still coming. This will be my salon for now on. I will recommend Kim service to anyone that need waxing. She is the best..❤️❤️

Had my son in to the north location for a "precision" cut with Chris. And "precision" is just the right descriptor!! My son went into the chair looking totally shaggy (he was well overdue for a cut) and Chris worked his meticulous magic. Its the best haircut my son has ever had! My son was skeptical about trying a new place, as he had gone to a "kids" salon for a few years. He was smiling as we left and indicated he definitely wants to go back. Thanks Chris!

I went to KRS for a brazilian wax by recommendation from a friend. KRS is noce because they offer many services (make-up, hair, waxing etc). I have had waxes in the past (once or twice) and they were unpleasant. The esthetician, Kim was amazing! She is so pleasant and professional. She changed my mind about waxing and now I am a regular at KRS. I give KRS my highest recommendation. I love this place!
