Every 4-6 months I stop by at Regis for a trim and some waves. Ever since the staff changed the service is horrible! I have booked an appointment over the phone 2months ago and when I arrived the door was locked she was out having lunch and there was no sign on the door that said so, so when she came I told her about my appointment that was an hour ago she said youre appointment was 2 hours ago(it wasnt). Anyways I walked away and booked an appointment at 10:30 am for 2:15pm this previous Saturday. So I walked in 2:10 and she was still working on another client(which is fine I had no problem waiting) so at 2:30 she sat me down for "consultation" I told her I want a trim and some waves so she told me that waves would cost me more. I told her its not my first time here and its under one price(cut, shampoo, style) anyways I told her how much would it cost me she said total of 55$ I said okay thats fine so when she saw that I was okay with 55$ she told me actually I charge 61 since you have really long hair(she was pushing it) Anyways I went along with the price cause there was no other appointment at the other salon available so she went ahead and wanted to start cutting my hair without washing it! So I told her arent you gonna wash my hair first? She said no your hair is already long and I can cut it like that I told her Im used to washing it first she said I can do it like that anyways she cut my hair(not even an inch-horrible cutting-unprofessional) so when she finished she wanted to go ahead with the curling iron so I told her I want to wash it first she said "is there a specific reason you want to wash your hair?" I told her no but Im used to washing my hair before a trim and a style she said we dont have to your hair is clean when did you last wash it. So I told her I washed it yesterday she said then theres no need to wash it so I told her I shower every other day and I dont want to shower tomorrow since I have waves done she said you dont have to wash it tomorrow! She didnt want to wash my hair! So I said I want to wash it she said okay lets go and stormed off before me to the sink anyways she washed my hair then we went back on the chair and she started combing my hair then she had my hair split not the way I told her how I like it so I told her could we have the split from here so she gave me the comb she said here you can do it. Shes so rude I couldnt stand her I was so frustrated trying to keep it cool. So while she was curing my hair she was giving "advice" to her trainees and every customer who walked in they were terribly rude rejecting them, almost every customer (probably 4 in total) walked out really frustrated with the Attitude. And 3 people called over the phone for appointments, one of them asked for an appointment on Monday, the trainee told her were fully booked until Wednesday so the woman told her give me a second Ill check my schedule so she was checking for like a minute, literally a minute, so the "professional stylist" who was doing my hair told the trainee is she still on the phone? The traineee said yes then the "stylist" told her just hang up we dont have to miss more calls waiting. Seriously? You call that professional work? Anyways so then the trainee had a paper that said the salon was closed from I think 4-5pm and wanted to put it on the door for customers to know but then the "stylist" who was working on my hair said no dont I dont feel its something they should know. Wow. And she kept telling me next time let us know you have long hair so we can make time for it. Its like she didnt even want to work on my hair she kept bringing it in frustration. And when I was paying, she put on the screen shampoo and style twice. I left no tip. Words cant explain how bad the experience was. Ill never go back there ever again.

Worst haircut of my life. I cant believe I paid $35 for that. She would only cut a millimeter at a time and she clearly does not know how bangs work. Theres a super short piece in the middle of my bangs AND NOW I get to go on a first date looking like a butcher just did my hair. Oh yeah, and they put every single kind of "natural oil" in your hair...my hair looked so greasy. Never EVER going back.

I have been to this salon several times and seen several stylists. Every time, no matter how different I ask to have my hair done, it always ends up looking the same. As Mike Brady can only build one style of home, this salon can only produce one style of hair. They also have hidden extra charges and get confrontational if you say youre not pleased with your hair. Beware!

Used to frequent this Salon when I was in college. I always had a great experience. I went to two separate stylists. Both women were great with ethnic hair and generally inexpensive. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
