If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in looking for a very specific color. I was shown swatches by Jessica. I picked one close to what I wanted. She said she would dye it over my light brown hair without bleaching. I mean, she went to school for this, she works with professional products every day. I thought she knew what she was doing. But she doesnt. I wanted a bright red. My roots and ends are semi close to my chosen color. But the middle is burgundy. Very ugly. I told her I did not like it. She told me i wouldnt get a brighter color even if I bleached it. I have done my own hair at home in the exact color I was looking for. With great results after bleaching. She did not apologize or offer me a discount. I am very dissatisfied. This was my reward after losing 75 pounds. Now, Im just pissed.

This place is a joke. I walk in for a haircut. And a lady with blue and black hair tells me to sit down. Another girl does my hair. They have a advertisement. 20% off all hair products with any service. I asked the lady doing my if that includes the buy one get one 50% off. She said yes. As my hair is getting done. The lady with the black and blue hair is sleeping in one of the chairs and drooling. When I went to pay for my stuff. I got two products. Thinking i was gonna get the buy one get one half off plus the 20%. Nope its one or the other. Too bad for me. The stuff the was toss in a bag and i was sent on my way.

I went in to lighten up my hair which was a medium to dark red brown with blonde highlights I wanted to get closer to going back to the strawberry blonde I used to have and I picked out a swatch that was a light brown/blonde with hints of red for my roots And to darken the blond just a tad with a similar lighter shade then what was to be used on my roots. My hair is now actually DARKER then when I went there. SO PISSED!!! Now I have to start all over trying to lighten it back up

Wow.. Paid about $150 total for hair I basically HATE... Workers were not helpful and verging on almost snooty. I felt that they thought they "knew everything" and my stylist did not take much time to figure out what I wanted nor asked when I returned for a redo. Very unsatisfied and will NEVER return to this salon, nor any Regis.

I went here because Lavish across the street didnt open open during their business hours and I had a set appointment. Regis was able to pencil me in right away after waiting 20 min for the other salon. I was very happy with Errin. She went above and beyond in educating me and giving me beautiful haircut and highlights.

I love this place! All the stylists are trendy and there hair always looks amazing! Everyone is really friendly. I always walk out looking great and with tips and advice on how 2 keep up my style at home. If your looking for a new stylist go 2 regis at southridge, I know you will leave satisfied!

Waste of time & money I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted & it was nothing like the damn picture bunch of dumb bitches so id give it 0 mfs stars cause the workers are stupid asf. So id advise you not to go here like fr smh
