I would NEVER refer this place to anyone. Everything thing I owned was stored here and was ruined by water and mold and they did NOTHING. It says on there website clean and dry......it is FAR from that. There website also says $55 for the unit I am in and I am getting charged $75. So even if they might be the cheapest in the area this is why and I would go some where else. I am, with what I have left to salvage. NOT happy with these people at all.

I needed a storage unit quickly and easily. This location was most convenient for me. When I called and then stopped in the office Danielle was pleasant and efficient. The unit was also perfect, good price and super clean when I opened the door. Danielle even called another local U-Haul provider to help me get a truck for a day, since none were available at this location. Thank you for the great service!! Dan S

This facility is worst I have ever dealt with. I am moving out of it because the manager, Danielle, is very rude. When I complained about her, the manager from their sister facility, ABC Self Storage, called me and was equally unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner, RJ, and I was told that he didnt have time to talk to me. Really? I have been paying him for over a year, and am now done with this place.

My unit is mice infested, Ive told them, asked them to seal the unit and they wont do anything. Heads up, if you want your stuff ruined come here. Its a horrible place, Ive got hundreds of photos. The lady didnt inform me of the higher insurance plan when we first came here. Now because they didnt fix there unit Im screwed. Thanks

wow what a great place to store my personal stuff, its priced right and I can drive right up to my storage locker to get what i need at any time 7 days a week and the manager linda is always so helpful . ive referred all of my family and friends to linda at lake county storage. and i intend to stay here a long time.

The facility is very well priced. The customer service is phenomenal. The reason I only give 4 instead of 5 stars, is because I think they should pave the area. The dips in the gravel, when it rains, makes it an inconvenience, with the standing water. Other then that, keep up the good work

I was running all over looking for a last minute Uhaul rental and a storage unit to store my belongings when I came across this facility, the manager, Danielle was extremely helpful in my time of desperate need. This location is perfect and clean with the nicest girl behind the counter.

Ive had my things in storage for over six months now and Ive never had a problem. The staff has always been very accommodating to me. Hopefully my things wont be in storage for long but I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

All storage facilities offer pretty much the same thing, what sets LCS apart is the phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. Any concerns or payments Ive had to take care of Danielle has made it very smooth and easy for us.

You can find a much nicer storage place for the cost of this one. Drive is gravel and has many spot that flood out. Not very well maintained and Im having issues with mice. Just an fyi if your storing things that are important.
