BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! M13 has a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for uneven cutting or color matching. Color matching I understand because they are using digital printers. The cutting situation is intolerable, though. Every time I have printed business cards through them, I have to throw away about 1/3 of the cards because the cuts were so bad. This time around, the cuts were off 11 degrees (I broke out the protractor)!!!!!!! The business cards looked atrocious! I had to throw the entire set away. No more, M13. I have given you way too many chances.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great prices, awesome customer service, fast processing and great quality of work! Love that I can pick up locally. I have ordered from M13 only a handful of times - for small personal jobs (ie. party invitations, rack cards, etc) - and have always had such a great experience. Even as a small customer that brings in very little revenue for them - their staff has always made me feel just as important and valued as the big guys!
