As far as the Location & Print Time This place is Amazing. Service not so great. Usualy I can handle the snide remarks & concieted demeanor of their avarage employees. But recently I have recieved an unbelievable amount of disrespect from an employee named "Katherine" (Not 100% on Spelling). First she had the typical: shoot me, I hate my job attitude over the phone when I called for a quote. Take in to consideration that this is not the first time Ive recieved this similar attitude from the same employee previously. She rushed through the website faster than any human could possibly write down or typed, like she was hoping the email wouldnt go through, after she repeated the adress she asked if there was anything else before hanging up without saying thank you for calling, thanks for your bussiness or inquiry, or even good by. The standard prompt email Fedex sends back states a rep from Fedex / Kinkos will contact you in less than in hour & if they do not, that I was to call & check on the status. And hour went past ....I waited an additional 15min before calling back. When I called back the same women had answered , I stated I was calling to check on the status of the print, she asked for my email & name then said the price. She then told me the price which was 3-4 times more expensive than their competitor "Ofiice Depot" , Understanding not alll businesses are created equal, nor use the same equipment I kindly asked why the price had that drastic of an increase , just incase I or she may have made a mistake on paper type, or size type. Since most the other jobs Ive conpared jave been very close on price if any change at all. She rudely told me: "Sir , This is the standard rate, we are not office depot.....Sir, You send the suze not me". So I said , then what is your standard rate for a standard piece of paper, then I asked why they only charge me the competitive price for on most of the semi smaller sizes but not that one, And I stated that even at the full size w/ cork board on the back @ "office Depot" is still half the price. Doing so much bussiness with the two compnaies, I still found it hard to believe that the price would be that drastic...so I stated everything I just stated about the price difference , I could then hear the sense of frustration in her voice, as she continued to say: "Sir, the change in price is due to the fact they are 2 different machines, ... Then the Insult: "Which this machine is worth around 3 times the price of your car" .....!! REALY? LMAO First off ...what kind of 6 year old comment is that, Second... I would sure hope your industrial size printor is worth more than my 2009 Malibu!! I Then didnt need to hear anymore from this dead beat employee. In the past I have gotten the exzact same size prints from Office Max, Office Depot, UPS and numberous mom & pop printing companies ... All which have had VERY similar prices ($25-35) , One I got as recent as 1 month ago & bill came to $32+ . She rudely quoted me $60. Long story short I went to office max down the street & got the exzact same print for $18!! Its one thing to be a company that doesnt follow the "Customers Always Right" Motto , but its another to insist that your customer is wrong when they know damn well your the wrong one. Major L For Fed Ex Kinkos on E. Wash. Time for a makeover!!

I had 2 visits in the last two days. On my drop off (approx 4:15 pm), there were two people working all helping ONE person ship something. It took 15 minutes for them both to help. No one even acknowledged that I was standing there waiting for some work to be done non-shipping related. Then one of them came over with no apology for the wait. He told me it would take 2-3 hours to scan some blueprints and save them to a thumb drive. So I left the project with him and told him I would be back between 8 and 8:30 the following morning. Upon my return the following morning at 8 am, again only one person working and on the phone while myself and another poor guy wait. They had an issue with the price they were going to charge me and also had that I wasnt going to pick up til 10:30! Jeannette figured out the price and found a way for me to get out of there with my project completed 5 minutes later. If I could have had this done somewhere else, I would not make the mistake of going to FedEx for anything ever again. I will exhaust all other efforts since clearly they dont care for serving their customers in a reasonable time frame or even a simple acknowledgement.

Was passing by and stopped to print some business cards. I was not in any hurry, so I attempted to use one of the stations. After struggling with getting a different image for the back side of it, I thought I would get help from the only employee in the whole store. She immediately was in a snarky mood, telling me that all the file formats I had to choose from meant nothing to her and that PDF files are ALWAYS the best option. She told me that my layout was a mess, that she was confused what I was trying to do. When she asked me how many copies I wanted, I asked is there a minimum number and she snapped back there is no minimum number! Just tell me how many you want and Ill print it on card stock. I just asked for my flash drive back and when she started to press on how she would handle the job I insisted that she just give me my flash drive back. Its alright to be overworked, but your frustrations are unnecessary in simple customer service interactions.

I just had the most terrible experience I have ever encountered in a customer service setting while attempting to print copies of a flyer. The print station I was using kept sending my copies to be printed elsewhere. I was alone in the store with only one employee. While asking her for help she continued becoming more aggressive with me, waving her hands in my face, lecturing me for using png files among other things, and then grabbed my USB from me while proceeding to insult me while walking away with it. She smelled very strongly of liquor and made me feel unsafe as her behavior escalated. I asked to be reimbursed because I still had not received any of the copies I had paid for, and she argued with me before throwing my credit card down in front of me and storming off, forcing me to again ask for my usb back. I recommend going elsewhere, and I regret not taking the time to visit somewhere downtown & local instead.

I visited this fedex months ago and was so incredibly amazed by the friendly and helpful service I recieved to print my save the dates. Months later I visited a fedex on the west side and was highly regretful; terribly unhelpful and rude service. So, I chose to head back to this store as I was so impressed the first time. As soon as I walked in and said hello I felt unwelcome. Every question or comment I had relating to my printing needs, the salesperson adamatly claimed it would be too expensive (money was no issue and I told her that) all the while her attitude was poor and her manager was standing there attempting to discuss personal matters with her. Needless to say, I felt belittled by their attitude and poor service. I chose to take my business to a UPS store and plan to continue doing so with no intention of going to a fedex office again.
