After using Lakeside without a problem for event programs for several years, we ran into a serious issue with them. Our flyers were supposed to be done five days before the event so we could check for mistakes, and on the day before the event, they still werent done. I arrived at Lakeside to ask for the flyers at 2 pm while other event committee members went to the site to begin set up. At 3 pm, I was told theyd be ready in "half an hour." At 430, I was again told "half an hour." By this time, the man who was dealing with me was giving me these really irritating smirks. I didnt receive the flyers until six PM...they didnt even start making them until five PM, five days after they were supposed to be done. I am writing this review more than a year later, and that smirk still annoys me. We are using someone else this year.

I tried to get a simple quote - using the form on their website. I got no answer for over a week, so I tried again. I requested in the form that they contact me VIA EMAIL. So I get a phone message from them, they were confused as to what I wanted. I was asking how much an 8.5x11 with full color one side black and white the other side would be on a particular card stock listed on their website.... Pretty much the simplest quote ever, and this info was in the quote request I filled out. They never did get back to me, has been over a month. NOT IMPRESSED

Go somewhere else! I tried to get a printing project done for 2 months and every time I called it was, "Well get to it in a few days." Shame on me for letting it go on so long, but I was traveling and wanted to go with a local printer. Every couple weeks I would call to check on the status, and always got the same answer with a bunch of excuses. It was not a big job, they apparently just didnt want to do it. So after 2 months of giving them the benefit of the doubt I said forget it. I dont get it...

They dont provide an email address for me to contact them via their website...I would like to get a quote but no email address...thats crazy. Doesnt give me a lot of faith in their skills
