Beware of CPG Printing!!!! I went to CPG because they gave me a good quote on invitations printouts and quick delivery. They printed me a proof of the invites and they looked good. I had someone pick up the invitations and pay for them, once I saw them they were poorly printed and the edges looked like they were trimmed with a dull blade. Overall they were not good quality, definitely not something that you would send out to others. I went back to CPG to figure out why the Quality was so poor and the lady at the front desk, I think her name was Ginny basically blamed the cause of the poor quality on me and the file I gave them. The proof looked good so why was the final product poor? I even brought back the CD that contained the file they used with me to show them and they said that wasnt even what I gave them. I was treated with a lot of disrespect and called a liar from the older man that works there. They would not give me a refund or a reprint, I would have been happy with at least a reprint, but I got nothing. They know they screwed up the job, but I guess in their eyes it was my fault. Basically I was out over $200 and ended up getting them printed somewhere else. They dont care about customer service and the Guarantee didnt apply to me I guess. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with from any printing service.Heres some advice If you decide to go here, get a proof and keep it(I gave mine back). When the print is finished take the proof with you and compare. Only pay them once you are satisfied!
