In a nutshell, we are the parents of Yashvi (now in 3s) and we are very satisfied sending our daughter to Vernon hills Kinder care because a) Director Sarah ROCKS. She is polite, courteous, follows up on any requests we have and updates us in a timely manner. I think her leadership is applaudable. b) Miss Alyssa (Asst. Director) and other Kindercare staffs make our experience with kindercare very pleasant. c) Miss Roxy and Miss Simona are both AWESOME. They take good care of the kids, give me DETAILED updates everyday patiently and most of all they seem to enjoy the work which clearly reflects in their face. d) They take pictures and preserve the craft work and share it later with me which gives us immense pleasure and happiness. Miss Simona gave a yearbook kind of folder which had all the work which Yashvi did when she was in 2s. Wow... now that I see it as commitment to work. e) My girl loves the music classes and I am glad and appreciate the gesture of Miss Debra where she voluntarily took in my kid for a test music class if she was interested and yey... she was. Kindercare has gone Above and Beyond to make my childs and our day to day life easier and enjoyable during her 2s stay and we look forward for the same in the 3s. Thanks all of you once again.

My daughter Rithika used to attend this program, when we were in Chicago, Now we moved out of the state. But my daughter still remembers & misses all her firends & especially her Miss. Ashley.. She is very dedicated & sincere teacher as far as i know. All the daily programs are very good and motivates to kid to attend the class. After joining the preschool program ( 5 half days a week), my daughter learnt lot of new things & writing her Full name. Staff is very friendly and answers your queries promptly.

If you care about your kids do not take them to this daycare. My kids have attended 3 different daycares and we NEVER had such a bad experience like in here. Daycare is my kids 2nd home and for this daycare to have such careless teachers is awful. I as a mother has seen and experience what goes on in this daycare and I for that do not recommend.

Great center with good staff that treat the children right. My current 2yr old goes there and looks forward to being there everyday. Highly recommended!
