The last several times I went they messed up my subs badly. First couple of times didnt put what I wanted on it. Last time I asked for no onions and I got extra onions. I used to love their subs but now I am being cheated of that. Too many bad experiences to go back.

Excellently designed subs, got to it eat em fresh though, I saw a significant drop in taste after 20 minutes. Also the sauce selection is fantastic. I like max spicy taste without too much hot, so i typically go with #6 labeled hot sauces.

Had the Engineer sub add bacon, it was Absolutely THE BEST sub sandwich ive ever eaten in my life! I almost hate to say it but Firehouse has Potbelly and Mr. Submarine beat by a long shot! Well worth a try, and i WILL be back!

Great, tasty, and relatively cheap and healthy. Polite employees. They have messed up my order a few times but theyre always quick to get it fixed and have usually given me a free meal forthe trouble.

The very best subs but the cheese could be a bit more substantial. I couldnt even tell that it was on my hook and ladder. Good service also.
