AMAZING Food. Its delicious. The food is equal to all the hype. The people are extremely friendly and nice. Service is quick even when busy. Its so good sometimes you forget youre at a fast food restaurant! Why the 2 star review then? ACCURACY. For some reason, dispite doing so many things well they get a major F in this category. Im not talking about little things like forgetting you didnt want tomatos or not giving you a sauce. Im talking about majorily giving you the complete wrong things. AND it is LITERALLY every visit, especially at the drive through. If i order a chicken sandwhich, i will get chicken nuggets. If i order an ice tea ill get lemonade. Once I ordered two orders of chicken strips with fries, and recieved a bag of 4 sandwichs no fries. O.o. Frankly sometimes its fine, because their food is great, but sometimes (like my last visit) i get something i DONT like, and then its ruined. I dont like to and shouldnt have to play mysterybox with my food. I dont understand how, because they repeat back the order to you TWICE. and its like YES thats what i want! Thats what you should give me. :) Check your orders! *update 10 months later. STILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM. I make an order in the drivve way and still get random wrong orders. missing food or wrong substitutions. I only go here because my wife likes it.

Great chicken sandwiches and the best chicken " nuggets" around, actually made from from chopped chicken meat not a paste thats shaped to " nugget" size and then called "chicken" nuggets. Lots of families dining and not ONE had ANY misbehaved children , a pleasure to see this , it could very well be due to the surrounding areas of more affluent and educated populous frequenting it. They had a great senior citizen on their staff by the name if George who roamed the dining area and interacted with the children and generally just made everyones dining experience a very nice one, he surprised my children with a little bowl of ice cream each!!!! Very nice touch indeed! Thank you George! I would highly recommend.

I always refused to give chick-fil-a my money because of their major homophobia and gross religious views, however I finally went there out of curiosity and had the WORST service. I must have given my order to a ghost because when I got to the window they had no clue what I ordered. To top it off after I they finally straightened it out; I got home to find they screwed up yet again giving me crispy instead of grilled nuggets. This place is not worth the hype, not even their sauce, and I will never be returning to another chick-fil-a ever again.

I will first mention the Dreadful layout of the Drive Thru! It Horrible In design & the LONG Lines! Customer Service is Very Rushed, probably due to the long lines! Once I got my Chicken/Bacon sandwich and Fries? Im NOT impressed at all! The sandwich & wedges/fries were warm not hot; the fries were just Blah; the sandwich was a mess & the bacon was dry & cold. for the length of time I sat in the drive thru & the cost of my food, I could have gone to Kopps, had a sandwich and a Sundae! NOT Worth all the Hype!

I went to this location for breakfast Thursday morning and whoever was working the drive thru was outstanding. Every single time I come to chick fil a I leave in a better mood than I started out with. The customer service is phenomenal ALWAYS, and of course the food is always fantastic as well. I have never had one single tiny complaint about this place. It is perfect. If only everyone treated their customers the way this place does.

Just went through the drive thru, got all the way home to take a sip of the lemonade I thought I ordered and tasted like ice water with a hint of lemon. Tried calling to complain but they have the phone off the hook, busy signal for the last 20 mins. Check food and/or taste drink before leaving the drive thru window!!!! Water with lemon down the drain and money donated to Chick-fil-A for terrible service.

I loved it sooo much!!!! It was so fast ,the food was amazing, I love there sweet tea so much! It feels like you have a nice meal and not heavy or bad at all!!! And all the workers were so nice and kind and talked to us and asked have we ever been there before! I loved my experience and you will to!!! There food 10/10, Service 10/10 , sweet tea 100/100 , cleanliness, 10/10

For Fast Food, I LOVE Chick-Fil-A. The Food is always hot and tastes delicious! The workers are always nice and pleasant. The place is always clean and if a worker sees something messy, they immediately clean it up. The playroom is nice for the children, but be ware! It does get crowed in there so you might have to watch your kid more than you want to.

Can never go back to BK or McDonaldss again! First time going to one, place was pretty packed, guessing its a new location. Food was awesome, they brought our food to our table before we even sat down. Will DEFINITELY come back if Im in the area. Only downside, theres an indoor playground (which means many unruly, overly loud brats)

The guy on here saying its not the best for the price point... is wrong. My meal for a drink, chicken sandwich and fries along with exceptional service, free refills, and unlimited chic fil A sauce was $6.94. You pay more at McDonalds for cheap, fake food, horrible service and a stomach ache. Best fast food chain out there.

Asked for grilled nuggets ended up with breaded nuggets. Ordered a sandwich no tomato. Got tomato on the sandwich. While sitting in the lobby the employee decided to change the garbage right by us and bumped into me twice. Quality of service has reallly hone down.

I went to Chick-fil-A for their Cow Appreciation Day and received a free Entree. The people were so pleasant compassionate everybody was very nice and the food was excellent I had southwest chicken salad and theyre delicious Peach milkshake I was happy all day :-)

Love the place let the food Cant Get Enough only problem is there a horrible app that Lofa you out or crashes everyone you get to the window. Then the staff cant even add your order or credit your account at store level.

Chick-fil-A is seeing a new standard to customer service and it is amazing. When I went there during the luck hour I saw workers standing at the drive through taking orders. This was way cool. And the good is great!

Good food, but dont really understand the hype behind their chicken. I appreciate a large menu of chicken sandwiches, but flavor-wise, KFC is just as good. Probably a little healthier though.

Theyve gone down hill. Hate the drive threw when they stand out and take your order in person. Also have been messing up my order every time I order yogurt I dont get the topping I asked for.
