I am new to the area and needed a haircut. The place is located in downtown Waukegan, and it looked sketchy, but I decided to give it a try. The barbers and the overall look of the barbershop were not professional at all. Dirty place and they had limited equipment. But the reason I did not gave it a 1, its because they had decent haircuts from what I saw in other customers that day. My haircut was not close to what I wanted. The back side cut was ok, but the front and sides did not come together as I had instructed. I will not come back to this place.
