OneStop Pro was absolutely wonderful! My a/c had been broken all summer and Dan, the owner, came out within hours of me calling him. He was able to fix it and I was so happy that I had a/c. Dan was nice, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing instead of just doing it. He also explained why the price was what it was. I have never had to pay for getting an a/c fixed but it seemed very reasonable. Later that week, my a/c broke. Dan came out immediately and was able to diagnose the problem. He wanted to fix the issue the cheapest and most efficient way possible which I appreciated as a customer. One of his co-workers Will came to help him. They kindly drove 3 hours to get a part for my a/c and worked on it for most of the day. Will was just as kind as Dan. Together, they were able to fix my a/c. I appreciated that they brought a vacuum to clean out the vent and clean up my balcony instead of leaving it for me. They listened to my concerns and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again no questions asked! Thanks Dan and Will!

Dan was very professional, pleasant and thorough. He answered all of my questions and offered his interrogatories, as he was determined to attend to and solve any problems that I may be having with my system - and, then to explain things to me and to give me appropriate advice on how to deal with each issue. He spent a lot of time inspecting the HVAC system, found a few things that werent working (my first winter in my newly purchased home) and fixed them and then made sure that everything was working correctly and to my satisfaction. I never felt as though he was rushing through things or had any agenda in mind - and he remained patient and pleasant throughout the process. He really made me feel like a valued customer rather than "another job that needed to be attended to" on that day. He made sure that everything was clean and put back together before he departed. All in all a solid and worthwhile "performance" for the service which had been requested. Id highly recommend the company and will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Robert and Sam came out to help me with an independent electrical line for my hot tub. It appeared to be a routine job from the initial visit, however the builder electrician burried a junction box in my finished basement wall. After a couple of hours of chase the wires, they figured it out. They came back a couple days later to patch the wall and I did hire some professionals to do the finishing work since my sanding didnt meet my ladies expectations. All in all, I appreciated their prompt service and response. They did quality work and I would use them again. Thank you!

Great team. Came out to my house 3 times to fix water heater. Once after hours when I was flooding and desperate. A second time when the new heater had a defect and started to flood again, and a third time when some debris got in supply line for dishwasher and stopped working. All very quick, responsive, and did not charge additional fees. The team was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend for any plumbing, hvac, electrical issues you have. They are the best I have dealt with in the Wheaton area!

The crew of OneStop Pro installed an air conditioner and furnace for me in a very professional manner. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me a great deal and even upgraded our air conditioner at an economical cost. The air conditioner is a Trane and is much quieter than my old one. They were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Robert came out to my house in less than 30 minutes (in the snow) from the time I initially called. He inspected everything and informed me that it was a Comed issue and not my actual house. He didnt charge me anything because he said if they dont fix anything they dont charge anything. I will definitely use this company again! Thanks!

The onestop crew is very responsive. Will came to our house within an hour after the initial call. They did a thorough checking on the plumbing pipes, shower tub, and toilets and explain in detail the potential causes of leaking and other problems. They left the house clean after the repair. Very friendly. The charge is fair.
