Family video is a trash business. I called ahead and asked them to hold me the seasons for Power and I was coming to pick them up. Went to get them and took them home. Went to play them and it was "Powers". I took them back and told them they gave me the wrong ones. They said they dont have Power but they can give me credit. I said no I dont want credit I want my 10 bucks back. They said they dont do refunds, I was like u gave me the wrong movies and dont have the right ones at all? She was like I can give u credit, I said forget it lady keep the money and walked out. She looked at me like I was rude? What do u expect with that type of business?

I absolutely love family video! The associates are great,very friendly,and I love the fact they have free kid rentals! The store is always very clean,in fact I dont think Ive walked in yet and NOT seen someone running the vaccuum!! Weve been renting from them every weekend for quite sometime,but when we hadnt been in for a couple months because money was a little tight they actually called and offered us a couple free rentals! Wonderful little business!! Much better than blockbuster ever was!

Friendly and quick. If they dont have in stock a certain movie Im looking for, they call when it comes back in. Have good deals and send coupons for free movie rentals.
