We are thoroughly disappointed with Service Kings services this time. I was in an accident brought my 2013 Hyundai in for services back in December they had my car for a month and I understand the busyness with the holidays, thats not my complaint, my complaint is for as long as they had it, I should not had to bring it in two more times, let me go into further detail. The was broken glass in the driver side door that had been vacuumed out as well as under the driver side seat, the car had to go back in for it to be buffed, and sanded down, and they had it for three days, but no improvements were even made on my vehicle and needed to replace the front fender from the accident, and lastly they keep missing some spots that need to be painted. WE NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE to bring their car to service king.

I wanted to take a few moments to share how satisfied I am with my claim process and Carcare Collision Center in Yorkville that recently completed the work on my car. When it came to finding a repair shop, I was referred to this location by Allstate because it was close to my home. Firstly, my car is...... OLD. I take good care of it and love it dearly but to a stranger its worthless. Never once did I feel like Carcare Collision Center felt that way. The manager Robert not only reached out to me and kept in contact through the entire process but was so friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond what he needed to do. I feel Allstate should applaud him as well. Give this place your business and you wont be disappointed.

I went to the Yorkville, IL location on Monday the 6th for an estimate and he said he would order the part to fix the spring on my fuel door and never heard anything back from him which he said the part would be there by Thursday and its now Saturday. I guess you guys dont want my business. Will be taking it elsewhere thanks for nothing.
