I came to the shop to have them install a few parts. The serp. belt was no issue.They pointed out a larger issue that needed to be addressed. I was appreciative of that, but from there it all went wrong. They ordered the part, took apart the car and it was the wrong part. To which I had to pay for dis-assembly and assembly. Still needed the part and they ordered it again and the same happened. Instead of taking to small claims court which would cost more time and effort than it is worth I am letting people know of my experience. I took my car to another place in Plano, which I wont mention in this review, but they were able to source and install the part without issue and for cheaper. I am sure when things go right 95% of the time in repairs this company is professional and convenient, however it is the 5% which is the most important. From my standpoint it would be well worth anyones time to take your business elsewhere.

Automotive Specialties is where I take my vehicles for service. They are hands down the best mechanic shop we have had dealings with. Flexible, friendly and knowledgeable, but above all honest and trustworthy. For several years we struggled with finding a shop that would service and fix our vehicles, not cause additional problems or convince us to make an unneeded repair we couldnt afford. It wasnt until we found Automotive Specialties that we finally found a home for our automotive needs. We LOVE them!
